What is Ringover?

Ringover is a European cloud telephony (VoIP) provider. Instead of desk phones and a PBX, your calls run through an app on the computer or smartphone your team already has; it also works with most desk phones. The data needed to run the service is hosted in data centres in France, and Ringover states it is GDPR compliant.

What you can do with it:

  • Business numbers: one number per user on BUSINESS and above, in 65 countries, or a shared company number on TALK; toll-free numbers too.
  • Unlimited calls: national calls on TALK, calls to 90 destinations on BUSINESS and UNIFIED (US and Canadian numbers only for some features).
  • Call management: IVR, smart routing, call queues and groups, transfers, voicemail, call recording and call logs.
  • AI included: call and voicemail transcription and call summaries on every plan, plus CRM autofill and conversation search on higher plans; AI agents are included without a seat limit.
  • Sales and support tools: Power Dialer, voicemail drop, call scripts, live monitoring, whispering and coaching, real-time dashboards.
  • Integrations: 100+ native integrations with CRM and helpdesk tools, an API, webhooks and browser extensions.

Who Ringover is for

  • Sales teams that make many outbound calls and want a dialer, call logging in the CRM and coaching.
  • Customer support teams that need queues, smart routing and analytics.
  • Recruitment and staffing agencies: Ringover lists 25+ ATS integrations and SMS and WhatsApp messaging.
  • Small businesses that want a professional number without hardware.

Why choose Ringover

AI transcription and call summaries are part of every plan instead of a paid extra, and number porting fees are included. Setup is self-service: choosing numbers and adding colleagues takes a few clicks, so you don't need an IT team or new hardware. As the team grows you move from TALK to BUSINESS for per-user numbers, analytics and integrations without changing provider.
