What is 1Office?

1Office describes itself as an accounting group offering accounting, company formation, tax registration and legal services in seven countries: Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland and the UK. The website is run by 1Office OÜ (Estonian registry code 12310390, Narva mnt 5, Tallinn); your contract is with the local group company named on your invoice, such as 1Office Estonia OÜ or 1Office UK Group Ltd.

Services include company formation (plus ready-made companies in some countries), bookkeeping and annual reports, VAT and EORI registrations, legal addresses with mail forwarding, contact person services, liquidations and business consultations.

Who it's for

1Office suits founders who want a company in one of its seven countries without living there: Estonian e-residents registering an OÜ online, non-residents forming a UK limited company with a London address, businesses expanding into Finland or Sweden, and owners who only need annual reports or a liquidation. It is a paid professional service, not a free registration tool.

KYC, payment and cancellation rules

The Terms of Service are worth reading before you pay:

• KYC is mandatory. Services start only after payment and a successful KYC check; you must send a valid ID right after ordering and renew KYC every year.
• Who can't be served: politically exposed persons, sanctioned persons and clients from EU and FATF high-risk countries.
• Prepayment. Services are prepaid; invoices are due within 7 days, and late payment costs 0.2% per day plus a reminder fee of up to €40.
• No refunds of payments on termination, and the 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not apply.
• Notice. Either side can end the contract with two calendar months' notice by email. Ending accounting services early carries a penalty (1.25 × the average monthly fee over six months).
• Law. The law and courts of the country of the contracting 1Office company apply.

1Office referral and affiliate program

1Office runs a public affiliate program. To join you create a free My1Office account, verify your email and click "Join the program" in the dashboard; applications are approved by 1Office. You then share the tracking link from your dashboard.

The affiliate page advertises €50 per company formation client and 10% on other services, with a 90-day cookie. The 2026 affiliate terms (PDF) state €50 per valid purchase, payment by bank transfer on request (an invoice may be required) and a minimum payout of €200, while the landing page says €100 per month. No commission is paid for existing customers or for using your own link, and PPC traffic to the link is not allowed.

Referred customers get no stated discount.
