JivoChat describes itself as an all-in-one solution for customer service: operators answer customers in real time, whatever channel they write from.

• Channels: website live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Viber, email, Apple Business Chat, phone calls and video calls.
• Automation: chatbots for frequent questions, an AI assistant built on OpenAI technology that helps write replies, and an AI Agent that, per the homepage, can resolve up to 80% of conversations automatically.
• Sales tools: proactive chat invitations, real-time visitor monitoring, a built-in CRM and the Jivo Marketing module.
• Analytics: response times, lead sources, sales funnels and customer feedback.
• Integrations: 50+ ready-made integrations plus a web API.
• Apps: desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux), mobile and browser.

You can install JivoChat on an unlimited number of websites at no extra fee.

Prices on the pricing page are shown in dollars per agent per month on annual billing; VAT is added at checkout.

The calculator offers no discount for 1 month, 10% for 3 months and 30% for a year. Paid add-ons include WhatsApp ($27/month), Jivo Marketing ($6/month), AI assistant ($13/month), Telephony Plus ($4/month per number), video calls ($23/agent/month) and AI Agent ($69/agent/month), most of them with a one-year commitment. No contracts: you can downgrade to free at any time. Cards are accepted; other methods via sales.

Who it's for, and limits

JivoChat fits small and mid-size businesses that sell or support customers through a website and messengers and want one inbox for the whole team. The free plan is enough to try live chat; WhatsApp, telephony and chatbots need Professional or add-ons.

• Operator: jivochat.com is run by LLC Tecnology Distribution Ltda; its Terms are governed by Brazilian law.
• EEA businesses: if your business is established in the EEA or serves people there, you must sign an additional Data Processing Agreement before installing JivoChat apps.
• Russia: the Russian-speaking market is served by a separate site, Jivo (jivo.ru); our link is for the international jivochat.com.
• Refunds: payments are generally non-refundable; a full refund can be requested within 10 days of the first payment only if you have not used the service beyond the free trial.

JivoChat referral and affiliate program

JivoChat runs a public affiliate program that anyone can join for free, including non-customers, agencies, developers and website builder platforms. According to the affiliate help page:

• You get a unique referral link and an affiliate panel after registration.
• You earn a 30% commission when a client you referred pays for the PRO version.
• Withdrawals go to PayPal, with a minimum of $100. The first withdrawal can take up to 30 days to arrive, later ones up to 7 days.
• The help center also has an article on using your commission to pay for a JivoChat license.

The official pages we read do not state a cookie window or how long the commission is paid per client.

Referred customers get standard prices and the standard 14-day trial, not a discount.
