Geonode review: residential, ISP and datacenter proxies

Geonode is a Singapore-based proxy provider that sells residential traffic from $0.792/GB on a 10 GB monthly plan down to $0.27/GB at 100 TB, plus unlimited residential, static ISP and rotating datacenter proxies and a web scraping API. Its pool is smaller than the market leaders', so it suits price-sensitive scraping and monitoring in mainstream countries.

Use it in line with the law and the terms of the sites and platforms you work with.

What Geonode offers

Geonode sells proxy bandwidth, static IPs and web data APIs. It says it operates its own residential network (through Repocket and Zenshield) instead of reselling another provider's, which is how it explains its low per-GB prices.

  • Residential proxies: 7.5M+ IPs active monthly in 150+ countries, rotating or sticky.
  • Unlimited residential proxies: flat monthly price by speed tier, data not metered.
  • ISP proxies: static US IPs, shared (up to 3 users per IP) or dedicated.
  • Rotating datacenter proxies: billed per GB.
  • Scraper, Map and Crawl APIs and an MCP server, with 1,500 free requests a month.

Billing is in plain units (GB, IP or request), with no credits or multipliers. Geonode itself says its pool is smaller than the 100M+ pools some competitors advertise and recommends testing niche locations first.

Who Geonode is for

  • Scraping and price monitoring on a budget: residential traffic under $1/GB even on the smallest plan.
  • SEO and ad checks: country, state, city, ASN/ISP and OS targeting where live IPs exist.
  • Teams with steady heavy traffic: unlimited residential plans from $1,800 a month, or the 1TB Program trial for businesses using 500+ GB a month.
  • Accounts that need one fixed US address: ISP proxies with unmetered bandwidth.

If you need the deepest coverage in rare locations, compare a large pool such as the Oxylabs review. For other small-budget options see the 711Proxy review, the PacketStream review and all proxy services.
