Oxylabs review: residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter proxies
Oxylabs is a Lithuanian provider of residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxies plus web scraping APIs, all paid from one monthly subscription that starts at $30. New accounts get a one-time $5 credit to test. It suits companies that need a large, well-documented proxy pool and can pass a KYC check; it is not the cheapest option for small projects.
Use it in line with the law and the terms of the sites and platforms you work with.
No extra sign-up bonus — the provider's standard offer applies.

- Pick a plan (Starter $30, Basic $100 or Flexible $500 a month) and pay by card, PayPal, AliPay or wire transfer.
- In the dashboard, open the Endpoint generator, choose location, session type and authentication, and copy the endpoint into your tool.
What Oxylabs offers
Oxylabs was founded in 2015 and is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. It sells proxies and data-collection tools to businesses:
- Residential proxies: the provider counts 175M+ IPs in 195 countries, with rotating or sticky sessions.
- Mobile proxies from carrier networks, billed per GB.
- ISP and dedicated ISP proxies: static IPs billed per IP.
- Datacenter proxies: shared per IP or per GB, or dedicated per IP.
- Web Unblocker (billed per GB), plus Web API (search and scrape endpoints) and Agent Browser.
Since the new dashboard, all products draw on one balance: you buy a monthly plan, and each product is charged at the rate of your tier. There is a Chrome extension (Oxy Proxy Extension) and an Android app (Oxy Proxy Manager) for quick switching.
Who Oxylabs is for
- Data teams and AI companies that scrape public pages at scale: unlimited concurrent sessions, ZIP- and ASN-level targeting, code samples and a public API for proxy users.
- E-commerce and price monitoring: city, state and ZIP targeting shows prices as local buyers see them.
- SEO and ad verification: check search results and ads from 195 countries.
- Companies that need paperwork: VAT invoices, wire transfer, an Enterprise tier with account managers.
It fits less well if you are an individual with a small budget: the cheapest paid plan is $30 a month and residential traffic starts at $6/GB. For cheaper per-GB rates compare the 711Proxy review, the MarsProxies review and the Geonode review, or see all proxy services.
Oxylabs pricing
Official prices, October 2026 (USD, VAT may apply). One subscription covers every product; the tier sets the unit price:

| Welcome credits | Free, $5 once | $6/GB, up to 0.8 GB |
| Starter | $30 | $6/GB, up to 5 GB |
| Basic | $100 | $5/GB, up to 20 GB |
| Flexible | $500 | $4/GB, up to 125 GB |

Other products on the same tiers: mobile proxies from $7.5/GB down to $3.5/GB, ISP proxies $1.5 to $1.1 per IP, dedicated ISP $3 to $2.2 per IP, datacenter proxies $1 to $0.6 per IP or $0.6 to $0.40 per GB, Web Unblocker $7.2 to $3 per GB.

If you run out of traffic within a plan, you can top up in the dashboard or move to a higher tier.

Good to know: KYC, blocked sites, refunds
- KYC for everyone. Every customer fills in a questionnaire (company, use case, contact details); Oxylabs says about a quarter of enquiries are rejected each year.
- Blocked targets. The residential network does not work with some sites, including Apple domains, PlayStation-type entertainment services, banks and other financial institutions, some Google domains, government sites, streaming, ticketing and mail services. Ask support before buying if your target is close to this list.
- No refunds on self-service purchases. The pricing FAQ says self-service orders are non-refundable; the $5 welcome credit exists so you can test first.
- Payments: cards, PayPal, AliPay and wire transfer in USD or EUR. No crypto.
- Sanctions: customers must not be located in sanctioned jurisdictions.
- Use: legitimate business tasks only, in line with the target sites' terms.
