What you get with 711Proxy

711Proxy is run by Velocity Wave Limited, based in Hong Kong. The provider says its network has 100M+ residential IPs in 200+ locations with a 99.7% success rate. One account gives you six products:

  • Residential proxies by GB: rotating or sticky sessions (5 minutes by default, up to 180 minutes), country, state and city targeting, unlimited threads.
  • Residential proxies by IP: you pay per extracted IP, each usable for up to 6 hours; credits never expire.
  • Static residential proxies: ISP and native residential IPs in 50+ regions with unlimited traffic, sold per IP for 7, 30 or 90 days; renewing keeps the same IP.
  • Mobile proxies: 3G/4G/5G carrier IPs, billed per GB; unused traffic does not expire.
  • SOCKS5 proxies (a set number of IPs per day) and unlimited rotating proxies (200 Mbps, by the hour or day), both with unlimited traffic.

All products support HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, with username/password (sub-users with their own traffic limits) or IP whitelist and API access.

Who 711Proxy is for

  • Web scraping and AI data collection: rotating residential IPs with unlimited threads and an API. Compare per-GB rates in the MarsProxies review and the PacketStream review.
  • E-commerce and price monitoring: city and state targeting shows prices as local shoppers see them.
  • Ad verification and brand protection: check ads and search results in another country.
  • Long-running accounts and storefronts: static residential IPs keep one address while you renew.

Traffic expiry. Regular residential GB packages are valid for 30, 90 or 180 days. When a package expires, unused gigabytes are frozen, not deleted, and come back when you buy any new GB package. Enterprise GB packages (500 GB to 5,000 GB, down to $0.57/GB) have lifetime validity. Residential IP credits never expire.

Trial. No free trial; test with the new-user packs or one hour of unlimited proxies.

Why choose 711Proxy

The low entry price is the main draw: $5.99 gets a new user 5 GB of residential traffic, enough to test your targets, and per-GB rates drop below $1 from 100 GB. Six proxy types share one dashboard, so rotating IPs for scraping and static IPs for stores come from one provider. Leftover residential traffic is frozen, not lost, when a package lapses.

Good to know: refunds, payments and limits

  • Refunds are narrow. The refund policy says residential, unlimited, SOCKS5 and dedicated static residential proxies are not refunded once the order is placed or the proxies are used. The terms of service add a 24-hour window for static residential proxies that do not work and that support cannot fix.
  • Payments: PayPal, cryptocurrency, Alipay, credit card and UnionPay.
  • Region: the service is not available in mainland China.
  • Verification: the terms let 711Proxy suspend accounts that do not answer its KYC requests.
  • Use: legitimate tasks only, in line with the target sites' terms.
