What is BestProxy?

BestProxy is a proxy provider that also offers SaaS tools for data gathering. Its catalog:

• Residential proxies – rotating IPs from a pool BestProxy puts at 80M+ addresses in 200+ locations, with country, state and city targeting. A sticky mode keeps the same IP for 1–60 minutes; the random mode swaps IPs automatically.
• Unlimited residential proxies – unlimited traffic, multi-account use and IP whitelisting.
• Static residential proxies – dedicated static IPs with validity of up to one year.
• Static datacenter proxies – low-latency IPs for high-concurrency jobs.
• Long-acting ISP proxies – IPs that BestProxy says stay stable for weeks to months.
• Scraping products – Web Scraper APIs with endpoints for 100+ domains, a SERP API (Google, Bing and others) and a Video Downloader API. The Web Scraper and SERP APIs have a free trial.

The site lists HTTP and SOCKS5 support, user/password or API authentication, and ready-made integrations with AdsPower, ixBrowser, Incogniton, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium and Scrapy.

Who it's for

BestProxy's use-case pages target web scraping, market research and price monitoring; e-commerce, brand protection and review monitoring; ad verification; and social media work on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Its own FAQ says static residential IPs suit work that needs a stable long-term address, such as store accounts and ad delivery, while rotating residential IPs fit research and data collection.

Pricing and refunds

BestProxy shows plan prices only inside its pricing pages and dashboard, so check them at checkout. The site states:

• traffic-based packages are valid for up to 180 days;
• bulk purchases get bundle discounts;
• an enterprise service with a free trial is offered for larger buyers;
• the Web Scraper API and SERP API can be tried for free.

The refund policy is strict: all payments are final. Its non-refundable cases include any package where data has already started to flow, plans that have expired, service that meets the SLA, speed limits caused by third-party networks, incompatible client software, incomplete registration details and accounts suspended for violating the terms. Restrictions and acceptable use

• Not available in mainland China. BestProxy states this on its homepage and in its terms.
• Who can sign up: the terms say users must be natural persons with full civil capacity.
• Identity checks: BestProxy publishes an AML compliance program under which it may ask for identification and information about the purpose of your business, and treats unverifiable documents or unusual transactions as red flags.
• Banned uses: fraud, spam, fake engagement, credential abuse, unauthorized access, bypassing security controls and anything that breaks the law or a third party's terms.

BestProxy affiliate program terms

Any registered user can find an invitation link and invitation code in the dashboard and share them. The affiliate program page promises a 10% commission for every residential proxy order from the people you invite, with no expiry for as long as those users keep buying. The page also says the commission grows as you refer more people, but publishes no thresholds, and in another block limits earnings to payments for the Dynamic Residential Personal Plan.
