Residential and mobile traffic can be topped up from 1 GB in the dashboard. Static ISP extras: picking a specific carrier costs $0.35 per IP and IP replacements cost $1.10 each. All orders are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.

Free trial, refunds and limits
- Free trial: the residential network can be tested free with no credit card. The trial size is not stated on the site.
- Refunds are narrow. Only per-GB residential and mobile plans can be refunded, and only if you used less than 50 MB, can show the service did not work for your use case, and ask within 3 days of purchase. Datacenter, IPv6 and ISP proxies are not refundable, and the terms rule out refunds for crypto payments except where the law requires them.
- Switching instead of a refund: unused residential or mobile traffic can be moved to another residential or mobile product through support.
- Account balance cannot be withdrawn; it can only be spent on services.
- ISP guarantees: Custom ISP IPs are checked for an IPQS fraud score of 0 at delivery; dedicated ISP IPs blocked on a guaranteed site are replaced if reported within 24 hours.
- KYC and restrictions: CatProxies may request identity checks, blocks some sites such as banking and government domains, and does not serve sanctioned countries or users.
