AdminVPS (OOO "Adminvps", Moscow) has sold hosting since 2015 and calls itself a managed hosting provider. One account covers:

  • VPS/VDS on KVM virtualization with NVMe disks and root access, in two lines: standard (Intel Xeon Gold and AMD EPYC, up to 3.6 GHz) and high-frequency (Intel Xeon E and Core i9, up to 5.0 GHz), plus Windows VPS
  • Shared hosting, including plans for WordPress, 1C-Bitrix and anti-DDoS hosting
  • Dedicated servers, cloud GPU and GPU dedicated servers
  • Domains, SSL certificates, mail, backup storage and monitoring

Lite has a 100 Mbit/s port and 1 TB of traffic, no panel and paid backups. From Promo up: up to 1 Gbit/s, 3–10 TB, ispmanager and a free weekly backup. Prices vary by country: in Germany and the Netherlands plans start at 499 RUB (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 15 GB SSD), in Kazakhstan at 549 RUB.

Shared hosting costs 199 to 769 RUB a month (Promo: 5 GB NVMe, 2 sites), 10–20% less for 6–24 months, with a free .ru or .рф domain on yearly plans.

What "all inclusive" means, and AdminVPS promo codes

On panel plans, free Standard administration covers an initial site migration, ispmanager installation and updates, and a response within 2 hours. Premium (500 RUB a month in the plan picker) adds server setup, speed optimization, SSL installation, troubleshooting and 15-minute responses.

Is there an AdminVPS promo code? The promotions page lists standing offers:

  • NEWONE: +1 free month when you pay for 3 or 6 months, +2 months for a year or more (hosting and VPS, not VPS Lite or dedicated servers)
  • Moving from another host: free migration, 2 free months on a yearly plan, up to 1,000 RUB of old-host balance as bonus points
  • Free 7-day test of hosting or VPS, but only for companies and sole proprietors, on request

Good to know before you buy

  • Refunds: unused full days of hosting or VPS go back to your payment method. Dedicated servers, VPS Lite, extras and account-balance money are not refunded, and quitting an agreed term early can cost 50% of the remaining period.
  • Uptime: the contract guarantees 99% network uptime and five free days per day of downtime caused by AdminVPS.
  • Payments are in rubles: Russian cards, SBP, YooMoney, bank transfer. Foreign cards are listed, but the notes mention Russian-issued cards.
  • ID: service is under Russian law; AdminVPS may ask for ID documents.
  • Banned: mining, game servers, spam, scraping, commercial VPN/proxy, any VPN in Belarus and Kazakhstan, bypassing Russian blocks.
  • Support is 24/7 via tickets only; auto-renewal is on by default.

Can I get a refund from AdminVPS?
