What is 4VPS?

4VPS is operated by OOO Global Internet Solutions (ООО «Глобал Интернет Решения»), registered in Sevastopol. The main product is VPS hosting with data centers in 35 countries, across Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia and Russia. Some locations offer high-frequency CPUs (marked hiCPU), for example AMD Ryzen 9 9950X nodes in Amsterdam alongside AMD EPYC.

Other services: dedicated servers from 1,500 RUB, shared web hosting from 90 RUB with ISPmanager 5 and DDoS protection, domain registration from 87 RUB in 200+ zones, and IPv4 /24–/22 network leasing from 5,000 RUB with ASN registration. Servers can be ordered on the website or through the Telegram bot @FourServer_bot, and there is an API.

Example plans in the Netherlands and Germany (AMD EPYC, 3.5 GHz, NVMe, 2 Gbit/s port), per 30 days:

Longer terms are cheaper: 3% off for 90 days, 6% for 180 days and 12% for a year. The contract also provides for hourly and daily billing; hourly plans are not refundable. Prices differ by location.

Two Russian Promo locations (Novosibirsk and Kemerovo) are cheaper but use desktop-grade disks, have limited bandwidth and are excluded from the uptime guarantee; the contract warns of a higher risk of data loss there.

Payments, refunds and limits

Language and law. The site and contract are in Russian (a machine-translation widget is available) and the contract is governed by Russian law.
Payment. The contract lists Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, MIR and SBP, plus other methods allowed under Russian law; individuals can pay only electronically. Payment-system fees may be added.
Refunds. You can get back money for full unused days if at least 30 days have passed since the top-up. Hourly plans, bonus balance and anything paid from bonus balance are not refundable, and neither are cases where VPNs or foreign connections are blocked from Russia.
Uptime. The contract targets 99.8% per month and compensates two days of service for every full 24 hours of downtime. DDoS protection and backups are not included unless bought separately.
Unpaid servers are deleted 24 hours after suspension (hourly or daily billing) or 3 days after (monthly or longer).
Prohibited: crypto mining, adult content and spam. Clients must be 18+.

4VPS referral program terms

Any 4VPS client can join from the dashboard (“Стать партнёром”, become a partner). The referral page promises up to 15% of everything your referred clients spend, with no time limit, and gives referred clients either up to 20% extra on their first top-up or 20% off their first order. Banners are provided. Payouts are made on request, usually within 10 business days; rewards can also be spent on 4VPS services. Exact rates, payout methods and minimums are shown in the partner dashboard, and 4VPS may change them without notice.
