What is Timeweb Cloud?

Timeweb Cloud is operated by TIMEWEB.CLOUD LLC (ООО «ТАЙМВЭБ.КЛАУД»), registered in Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The platform is listed in the Russian software register and says it runs more than 40 products from a single control panel:

• Compute: cloud servers (VPS/VDS), dedicated servers, GPU servers, VMware public cloud and VDI.
• Storage: S3 object storage, network drives and backups.
• Managed databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Valkey, MongoDB, ClickHouse, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ and Kafka.
• Containers and AI: Kubernetes, container registry, App Platform, AI agents and an AI Gateway.
• Network and security: load balancers, private networks, CDN, DDoS protection and WAF.

An API, CLI and Terraform provider are available.

Who it's for

Timeweb Cloud fits developers and businesses that want a full cloud stack with Russian-language support and ruble billing, including companies that must keep personal data in Russia. VPS locations in the order form include St. Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Almaty, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and New York.

It is less convenient if you need English-first documentation, non-ruble pricing or a provider outside Russian jurisdiction.

Timeweb Cloud pricing at a glance

Billing is hourly: plans are shown per month but charged every hour from your prepaid balance. Traffic is free and unlimited. Current Moscow plans on the Ultra 3.3 GHz CPU line, all with NVMe and a 1 Gbit/s port:

Other CPU lines (Premium 3.3 GHz, High CPU 5.5 GHz, Dedicated CPU) and custom configurations are priced in the calculator; prices differ by line and location. Add-ons include DDoS protection (550 RUB), backups (6 RUB per GB per month) and Windows Server licenses (720 RUB per month). There is no permanent free tier, but support can grant bonus balance for a test on request.

Payments, refunds and limits

• Region. Russian provider; site, documents and prices are Russian/ruble-based.
• Payment. Bank cards (including foreign cards, according to the VPS page), SBP, YooMoney, SberPay and bank transfer or invoice. The minimum top-up in the FAQ is 500 RUB.
• Refunds. The legal page says money can be returned to the card, or to a bank account if the payment is more than a year old; requests go to billing@timeweb.cloud.
• SLA. Cloud servers are covered by a 99.98% availability SLA; the full SLA and public offer are published on the legal page.
• Support. 24/7 chat, tickets, messengers and phone.

Timeweb Cloud partner program terms

The partner page describes two programs:

• Agents share a referral link and earn from 10% of every payment by referred clients for the client's whole lifetime, with the rate rising as they bring in more clients. Timeweb's webmaster reward table lists 20% for Timeweb Cloud services, excluding domains and ispmanager. A client counts only if the account was registered through the agent's link.
• Resellers buy cloud services at up to 45% off and dedicated servers at up to 15% off, then resell them at their own prices.

Rewards can be withdrawn to a bank account or spent on your Timeweb Cloud balance; payouts are made the next business day after a request. Timeweb's partner docs list a 390 RUB minimum for bank or YooMoney withdrawals, require verification, and limit non-residents of Russia to YooMoney or service credit.

Separately, a Timeweb Cloud blog post describes an invite-a-friend scheme in which both sides get 300 RUB in bonuses when the friend orders a cloud server (2,000 RUB for a dedicated server). This link does not guarantee that bonus.
