EvaDav review: push, in-page, popunder and native ads for publishers and advertisers
EvaDav is a self-serve ad network for push notifications, in-page push, popunder and native ads. Publishers of any size and from any country can monetize a website or a Direct Link with weekly payouts from $100; advertisers buy the same traffic on CPM, CPC, CPA or Smart CPM from a $100 deposit.
No extra sign-up bonus — the provider's standard offer applies.
Disclosure: this is an affiliate link. If you sign up through it, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The bonus and terms are set by EVADAV and can change — check them on the official site before you sign up.
How to get started
- Open EvaDav through the link on this page and sign up as a publisher or advertiser.
- Publishers: create a stream and a widget (push, in-page, popunder or native) for your HTTPS domain, then wait for the approval email.
- Paste the widget code into your site and email your payment details to support from your login address.
- Advertisers: add at least $100, set targeting and a bid, and launch the campaign after moderation.
What is EvaDav?
EvaDav is the ad network of EVADAV Traffic Group, which says it has worked in ad tech since 2007 and lists offices in Warsaw and Prague. The site is operated by Cassandera Capital LTD (Larnaca), and the terms are governed by Cyprus law.
The network sells and buys four main formats:
- Push notifications sent to users who opted in to a site's notifications
- In-page push, a notification-style ad shown on the page itself, with no subscription needed, including on iOS
- Popunder, a full-page tab that opens behind the current window on the first click, shown once every 24 hours per user
- Native recommendation widgets with image and short text
Publishers and advertisers share one self-serve panel with a personal manager and 24/7 live chat.
EvaDav for publishers
EvaDav has no minimum traffic requirement (100 visitors a day is fine, per its FAQ) and accepts every GEO and non-English sites. Each website is checked before it can run ads, must be legal and must have an SSL certificate. Without a website you can send traffic to a Direct Link.
Set-up works through streams and widgets. For push you choose how many ads subscribers get per day (Low 4, Medium 8, High 12 or Turbo 16), a display delay, background darkening and a custom prompt; for in-page you set the placement and pauses after a click or close. Every widget can exclude ad categories you don't want on your site.

Statistics update every 15 minutes and can be split by date, country, widget, OS, browser and two SubIDs. Trafficback and postback URLs are supported, and you can move publisher earnings straight to an advertiser balance.
Publisher payouts and rules
| Publishers | |
|---|---|
| Minimum payout | $100 ($1,000 for bank wire) |
| Schedule | Every 7 days, on Tuesdays |
| Methods | PayPal, Paxum, Skrill, ePayments, WebMoney, Payoneer, bank wire; USD wallets only |
| Fees | None charged by EvaDav |
Smaller balances roll over to the next payment. Payment details are sent to support by email, and changes need 14 days' notice before a payout date.
The pages describe the earning model differently: the publisher FAQ lists revenue share and CPA (per push subscription), while the terms say publishers work on CPA with rates by country, paid NET 7. The CPA terms are strict: a day in which unsubscriptions exceed 60% of new subscribers is not paid, and after your first $100 you should pause and agree traffic quality with your manager, or payouts may be cut. Fraud means a blocked account and withheld balance.
EvaDav for advertisers: pricing
Advertisers pay on CPM, CPC, CPA or Smart CPM (an algorithm that looks for cheaper traffic). The minimum deposit is $100; minimum bids start at 0.001 for push and 0.0002 for popunder, and the campaign form shows a recommended and a maximum bid. A running campaign stops when the balance falls below $20 and slows below $50.
Targeting covers country, city, device, browser, language, connection type, ISP and subscription age, plus schedules, black/whitelists and automated rules. EvaDav publishes a rates page with 7-day average impressions and CPM per country, filterable by format, device and OS, so you can size a GEO before you deposit.

Deposits are accepted by card, PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer, BitPay, Alipay and other methods. Unspent funds (from $50) can be refunded on written request to the original method, at EvaDav's discretion; not after a rules violation. Balances idle for 6 months are debited.
Alternatives
If the $100 payout threshold is too high for a small site, the Mondiad review covers push, native and banner ads with payouts from $10. For advertisers who mainly buy popunder and push traffic, compare EvaDav with AdOperator, which also starts at a $100 deposit. More options are in affiliate and ad networks.
Pros and cons
Pros
- No minimum traffic: small sites and Direct Link traffic are accepted
- Four formats from one panel: push, in-page push, popunder and native
- Weekly payouts with no EvaDav fee and a choice of payment systems
- Public rates page with 7-day CPM and volumes by country, format, device and OS
- Publishers can limit push frequency and exclude ad categories
Cons
- $100 minimum payout ($1,000 by wire), high for a small site
- Strict CPA rules: days with over 60% unsubscriptions are not paid
- Official pages disagree on the publisher model (CPA only vs revshare)
- Payment details are set by email to support, not in the panel
Frequently asked questions
Is there an EvaDav bonus or promo code?
Publishers get no sign-up bonus. EvaDav's referral page says a new advertiser who joins through a referral link receives $50 after spending $500 on ads, but its publisher FAQ says the referral program does not apply to advertisers, so confirm with your manager before counting on it.
Is EvaDav legit?
EvaDav publishes terms of use under Cypriot law, names its operating company (Cassandera Capital LTD, Larnaca) and lists offices in Warsaw and Prague. Payouts follow a fixed weekly schedule, but the terms let EvaDav cut or withhold earnings for poor traffic quality or fraud, so read them before you scale.
What is the minimum payout for EvaDav publishers?
$100 for PayPal, Paxum, Skrill, ePayments, WebMoney and Payoneer, and $1,000 for bank wire. Payouts go out weekly on Tuesdays; smaller balances roll over.
What is the minimum deposit for EvaDav advertisers?
$100. Keep at least that much on the balance: campaigns slow down below $50 and stop below $20.
Do I need a lot of traffic to join EvaDav?
No. EvaDav has no minimum visitor count, accepts all countries and non-English sites, and offers a Direct Link if you have no website. Your site must be legal and use HTTPS.
