What is Mondiad?
Mondiad is an online advertising network with its own in-house ad server. According to its About page it started in 2019 as an extension of PopCash, the popunder network run by the same founders; popunders are still sold through PopCash rather than Mondiad. The terms of use are published under the name First Media Ltd and are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.

Who it's for
Advertisers running performance campaigns (affiliate offers, apps, e-commerce) who want push or native traffic with detailed targeting: country, carrier, device, OS and version, browser and language, subscriber age, traffic type, zone and sub IDs, IP and ISP, plus day parting.
Publishers with content websites who want to add push, in-page push, native or banner ads. Mondiad says it buys worldwide traffic for all operating systems with a 100% fill rate and counts only unique visitors. Sites must be content-based, fully working and legal; each domain is reviewed by hand.

Higher publisher minimums apply to some methods: $50 for Payoneer, USDT (TRC20) and USDC (ERC20), $150 for Ethereum, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, and $1,000 for wire. The FAQ says withdrawals are on request (or automatic weekly/monthly) and usually take 24–48 hours; fees depend on the processor. The terms of use are stricter for new publishers: the first payout comes no earlier than 14 calendar days after the first campaign starts, and later payouts follow a weekly schedule with a 4-day hold or Net 35.
Unspent advertiser funds are refundable on request within 7 business days (a fee may apply).
Mondiad referral program terms
Any Mondiad advertiser or publisher can refer new users with their own referral link. The published rate is a 5% revshare, up to $1,000, from each referred advertiser's spend or publisher's revenue. Referral earnings are tracked separately and can be cashed out or spent on campaigns.
For someone signing up through a referral link, Mondiad does not advertise any extra bonus or discount: you get the same account and the same prices as a direct sign-up.
Rules and limits to know before signing up
- One account per person. Multiple advertiser or publisher accounts are not allowed.
- Manual review. Campaigns and domains are approved in under an hour during working hours and in up to 12 hours on weekends and holidays.
- Banned campaign content includes malware and phishing, fake tech support, sneaky redirects and cloaking, empty or broken landing pages, hate content, and APK/EXE auto-downloads without a 10-second delay and a proper landing page. Mondiad may block such accounts with no refund.
- Regions. No country restrictions are stated for sign-up. For publishers in CIS countries, WebMoney and Capitalist are available as payout options.
