Typeform is a no-code platform for forms, surveys and quizzes, founded in 2012 and run by TYPEFORM SL in Barcelona, Spain. A typeform shows one question at a time and adapts as people answer. The product has three areas:
- Intelligent Forms: AI builds a form from a prompt; conversational logic picks the next question; respondents can answer by video or audio, with AI follow-up questions. Analytics cover topics, sentiment and drop-off.
- Growth Flow: AI segmentation, lead enrichment and email or SMS follow-ups, plus e-signatures, scheduling via Google Calendar and Calendly, and payments via Stripe and PayPal.
- Research Flow: AI-moderated text, video and voice interviews with panel recruitment and incentives.
Integrations include Zapier, Slack, Stripe, Calendly, Intercom, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign and Webflow.
Who it's for
Typeform suits marketers collecting leads, research teams running surveys and interviews, HR teams screening candidates (the Talent plan adds video questions) and small businesses that want polished forms without a developer.
Users must be 18 or older, or over 16 with a guardian's permission. Customers outside the US contract with TYPEFORM SL (Spain), US residents with TYPEFORM US LLC. The terms exclude countries designated as terrorist-supporting and places where local law prohibits access.

Billing, cancellation and refunds
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal before the period ends, in My Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the prepaid period; forms and responses are kept, but forms may close to new responses.
Typeform's Payment Terms state that, subject to applicable law, fees are nonrefundable, with no refund or credit for mid-period cancellation. Prices exclude VAT and sales taxes. Consider a monthly plan before committing to a yearly one.
Typeform referral program terms
Typeform runs a public refer-a-friend program that any user can join, including free-plan users:
- Reward: 15% of a referred person's subscription payment, paid monthly for as long as they stay subscribed.
- Cap: up to $500 in total per referred person.
- Qualifying referral: a new sign-up who buys a paid plan; existing accounts cannot be referred.
- No referral limit: you can refer as many people as you like.
- Payouts: monthly via PayPal or Venmo, handled by the third-party partner Cello; track them on the Rewards tab.
- Region: referral payouts are not available in Russia.
The referral page does not mention a discount or bonus for the invited friend, and it does not list a minimum payout.
