Payment is by bank card in the dashboard; legal entities can pay by invoice through support. When a subscription lapses the bot stops answering, but data and scenarios are kept and work again after renewal.

LEADTEX partner program

Any LEADTEX user can join the partner program from the Partner section of their dashboard after accepting the program agreement:

  • 20% of every payment made by users you refer, credited to your LEADTEX balance.

Limits, payments and refunds

The public offer lists two contracting parties: LLC Lid Technologies (Sochi, Russia) and a sole proprietor registered in Dilijan, Armenia. Payments are in Russian rubles or Armenian drams, with 100% prepayment and monthly auto-renewal that can be cancelled in the dashboard. Customers must be adults.

Refunds: a full refund is available within 24 hours of payment without giving a reason; after that a refund is possible minus costs already incurred. The offer states no country restrictions, but the FAQ does not say whether foreign cards are accepted, and cash payouts from the partner program require Russian self-employed, IP or company status.
