What is Sellfy?

Sellfy is an e-commerce platform built for creators, operated by UAB Sellfy. Instead of stitching together a store builder, a print partner, an email tool and an upsell app, you get them in one dashboard:

  • Digital downloads: ebooks, music, videos, presets, PSD and AI files. Each product can hold up to 50 files, and the per-file limit is 10 GB, 15 GB or 20 GB depending on the plan. Video can also be streamed instead of downloaded.
  • Subscriptions: weekly, monthly or yearly plans with automatic payments, for memberships, magazines or workout programmes.
  • Physical products: books, posters, stickers and anything you ship yourself.
  • Print-on-demand: 120+ products such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, hats and phone cases, printed and shipped by Sellfy.

You build the store from free templates in a drag-and-drop editor, with your own domain if you like. No website? Share product links on social media, or add "buy now" buttons, product cards or the whole store to an existing site.

Who Sellfy is for

  • YouTubers, TikTokers and Instagram creators who want merch and digital products behind one link in bio.
  • Musicians selling beats, albums and band t-shirts.
  • Designers and photographers selling presets, fonts, templates and prints, with PDF stamping and download limits to discourage sharing.
  • Educators and coaches selling guides, video lessons or a paid subscription.

Every plan includes unlimited products, digital, physical, subscription and print-on-demand products, a custom domain, store themes, custom code, coupon codes, customer reviews, email marketing, VAT and tax settings, integrations and 24/7 email support. Business adds custom fields, product upselling, cart abandonment emails, your own affiliate programme and removal of Sellfy branding. Premium adds product migration and priority support. Stores above $200k a year can ask Sellfy for a custom offer.

Sellfy charges 0% transaction fees; you only pay the Stripe or PayPal processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢). If your sales pass your plan's yearly cap, Sellfy asks you to upgrade and may charge a 2% fee on the excess if you don't. The trial lets you build the whole store for free, but you need a paid plan to start selling. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee from your upgrade.

Print-on-demand merch

You drop your design onto a product in Sellfy's editor, set your price and publish. When someone orders, the item is printed and shipped from the nearest of 11 fulfilment centres. Sellfy lists standard delivery of 3–6 business days to the USA, 2–6 to Canada, 2–5 within Europe and 8–14 worldwide; a t-shirt ships to the USA for $3.99. There is no inventory or minimum order: the base cost comes out of the buyer's payment.

The calculator on Sellfy's site shows the margin before payment fees; Sellfy's own example puts a $28 t-shirt at about $13 profit after a typical payment fee.

Marketing, payments and good to know

  • Marketing: discount codes, email campaigns to buyers and subscribers, Facebook and Twitter pixels, SEO settings, checkout upsells and abandoned-cart emails (the last two on Business and Premium).
  • Checkout: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local options like iDEAL and PayPal, through your own Stripe or PayPal account. Money arrives right after the purchase, with no platform hold.
  • Integrations: Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Merchant Center, Wix and webhooks, plus a Sellfy MCP connection on every plan that lets you manage the store from Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant.
  • Countries: Sellfy is available worldwide, but you need Stripe or PayPal to work in your country; without either, you can only offer free products.

Is Sellfy free?

No. You can build and set up a store free for 14 days, but selling requires a paid plan: Starter at $22, Business at $59 or Premium at $119 a month on yearly billing ($29, $79 or $159 monthly).
