What is Rewardful?

Rewardful is a platform for running an affiliate or refer-a-friend program for a subscription business. It is built around a native Stripe integration with two-way sync, so recurring commissions, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and refunds are tracked automatically from your billing data.

Main features listed by Rewardful:

• Flexible commissions: recurring or one-time, percentage or fixed amount, with your own minimum payout threshold.
• Tracking: shared links, coupon code tracking, first- or last-touch attribution, multiple currencies.
• Affiliate portal: affiliates get self-service access to their links, coupon codes and earnings.
• Double-sided incentives: reward both the affiliate and the referred customer.
• Fraud and refunds: self-referral fraud detection and automated refund handling.
• Payouts: PayPal mass payouts and Wise bulk payouts on every plan, plus optional Managed Payouts, where you fund one invoice and Rewardful pays all affiliates and collects tax documents and KYC during affiliate onboarding.

The integrations page names Stripe and Paddle as billing sources, along with platforms such as MemberStack, Outseta, Podia, SamCart, Uscreen and Bubble.io. Chargebee and Recurly are not listed there, so check before signing up if you bill through them.

Who it's for

Rewardful targets SaaS, tech and AI companies that bill subscriptions through Stripe and want to launch an affiliate or referral program without building tracking themselves. It is pitched at three groups: teams launching their first affiliate program, growing teams that want payouts handled for them, and companies moving from Impact, PartnerStack or Tapfiliate. Rewardful says setup with the Stripe integration takes under 15 minutes.

It is less of a fit if you bill outside Stripe, Paddle or the listed platforms.

Rewardful pricing at a glance

• Starter includes 1 campaign and up to 2 team members; it lacks the branded affiliate portal, custom domain, private invite-only campaigns and custom rewards.
• Growth adds unlimited campaigns and team members plus those branding features.
• Enterprise adds phone support and one-click PayPal payouts; higher usage moves you to a higher tier.
• All plans: 0% transaction fee, all integrations, REST API, chat and email support, and a 14-day free trial.
• Annual billing gives 12 months for the price of 10. Prices are in USD, taxes extra.
• Commissions you pay affiliates, payment-provider fees (Stripe, PayPal, Wise) and the optional Managed Payouts fee (3% processing on payouts) are separate.

Rewardful's terms state that no refunds are given for unused time in a service period; merchant cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

The link on this page is a Rewardful referral link. Rewardful advertises no discount for referred customers: you get the same 14-day trial and prices as signing up directly.
