The site and app are available in many languages, including English, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Thai, Korean, Polish, Arabic and Chinese.

The service is run by Qompass Voyage Limited, trading as QEEQ and registered in Hong Kong. When you book, your contract is with its Irish subsidiary GTL (Globetrotter Dublin), acting as agent. QEEQ itself does not rent cars: the vehicle and its rental terms come from the car rental provider you pick.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

  • Cancellation depends on the booking. The policy shown at booking may allow free cancellation at any time, charge a fee after a set date, or not allow cancellation at all; it is stated in your booking confirmation.
  • No edits after confirmation. To change dates or the car, you cancel (where allowed) and book again.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with. QEEQ cannot refund money you paid directly to the rental provider.
  • QEEQ is not liable for a missed pick-up or no-show.
