What is Pitch?

Pitch calls itself "the AI presentation workspace": a cloud-based tool where teams create, share and track slides together. It is run by Pitch Software GmbH, based in Berlin. Main features:

• Pitch Agent (AI): generates on-brand slides from a prompt; decks can also be created from other AI tools via MCP and the API.
• Real-time collaboration: one shared workspace with a multiplayer mode for editing slides together.
• Slide editor: custom fonts, high-res video, animations.
• Templates: over 150 templates, or start with AI or import an existing PPTX file.
• Brand library: shared fonts, templates and media.
• Viewer analytics: see who opens and interacts with your decks and rooms.
• Pitch rooms: custom deal rooms for sharing presentations and reference material with clients.
• Integrations: Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Calendly, Figma, Unsplash and more.

Who it's for

Pitch is aimed at software companies, creative agencies, brands and freelance designers. Sales and go-to-market teams use it for branded decks and deal rooms; marketers and brand owners use the brand library to keep design consistent across a team.

Under Pitch's Terms of Use, paid plans are offered only to companies or persons who legally qualify as entrepreneurs; the Free plan is open to consumers too.

Pricing at a glance

Prices shown on the pricing page are per seat per month, billed yearly (yearly billing is described as saving 17% versus monthly):

• Free: unlimited presentations, custom templates, basic sharing links; embeds are Pitch-branded, no PowerPoint export or custom fonts, 5 MB image uploads.
• Plus: custom fonts, video uploads, PowerPoint export without Pitch branding.
• Team / Business: teamspaces, shared pitch rooms, engagement analytics and version history (limited on Team, unlimited on Business).
• Enterprise: SAML SSO and SCIM, a dedicated success manager and invoiced billing.

Extra AI credits cost $0.004 each.

Referral discount and Pitch's partner programs

The link on this page is an affiliate link run through Cello, the platform Pitch uses for referrals and payouts. The offer for new customers is 20% off a Pitch subscription. Pitch's own pages describe the discount in more detail, and the numbers differ by program:

• Refer-a-friend (any Pitch user): referees get 20% off their first six months on a monthly plan or 10% off their first 12 months on an annual plan; the referrer earns 20% of the subscription in cash, up to €100 per person.
• Affiliate program (creators, bloggers, educators, media): the affiliates page lists 30% off for six months on monthly plans or 15% off for 12 months on annual plans for referees, and 30% of the subscription for the affiliate, capped at $100 per referred user.

The discount shown at checkout is what counts. Existing users find their own link under the purple gift icon in the dashboard; anyone with an audience can apply to the affiliate program (free, no self-referrals, content standards apply). Rewards are paid via PayPal or Venmo within 48 hours of being earned.

Limits and things to check

• Refunds: the Terms of Use state that fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, and unused credits expire on cancellation.
• Renewal: without other terms on the pricing page, paid plans run monthly and renew automatically; cancellation must be made in text form.
• Referral payouts: rewards go out only through PayPal or Venmo, neither of which is available in Russia, so referrers there cannot receive payouts. Some countries may require extra details such as taxpayer information or a VAT number.
