What is Akool?

Akool is a browser-based AI studio for video, images and voice:

• Avatars: Akool Avatar, Talking Avatar, Talking Photo, Streaming Avatar and Character Studio.
• Swaps: face, head, hair, clothing, motion and character swap, plus Live Face Swap.
• Video generation and editing: text-to-video, image-to-video, Shorts Studio, an AI video editor and a Video Agent.
• Translation and voice: video translation, real-time translation, text to speech and voice clone.
• Model Hub: third-party models such as Seedance, Kling, Sora, Google Veo, Flux and Nano Banana, billed in Akool credits.

Developers get an OpenAPI and an MCP command-line tool; API access starts at the Pro Max plan.

Who it's for

Akool targets creators and marketers who need avatar videos, localized versions of a clip or quick product ads, and companies that want avatars or translation in their own product through the API.

It suits occasional users less: everything runs on credits, and purchased subscription credits do not roll over past their period.

The Terms of Service forbid impersonating anyone, violating publicity rights or passing generated content off as human-made to deceive; you need any releases required to use someone's likeness commercially.

Akool pricing at a glance

Prices are per seat. Monthly prices are the figures shown alongside the yearly offer on the pricing page.

Paid plans remove the watermark. Pro Max adds API access and team collaboration; Business adds a Studio Avatar and a business license (lower tiers are personal). Enterprise adds non-expiring credits and SSO.

Refunds, cancellation and account limits

• Refund window: the first paid subscription purchase and one-time credit packs can be refunded within 7 calendar days of payment, but only if no paid credits from that purchase were used for a successfully completed task. Signing in or using free features does not count as use.
• Not refundable: renewals, plan upgrades, trial activation fees, dynamic-billing overdraft credits and enterprise/API commitments.
• Cancellation: subscriptions auto-renew; cancel by emailing info@akool.com at least 24 hours before renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
• Who can sign up: users must be 18+ (or have a guardian accept), must not be barred from the service under US law or the law of their country, and Akool may restrict access by country at its discretion. Export to US-embargoed countries is prohibited.

Akool referral and affiliate programs

Akool runs two separate programs:

User referral program. Every account gets a share link. A friend who registers through it receives 5 bonus credits, which expire 31 days after they are granted. The sender earns 5 credits per registration, 100 credits if the friend subscribes within 3 days and 50 credits if they subscribe later. Only active subscribers earn rewards, and each account can be rewarded for up to 15 invited users.

Affiliate program. Free to join, but applications are reviewed and not every applicant is approved. Approved affiliates earn 35% recurring commission for the first 3 months of each referred customer's subscription; one-off purchases do not earn commission. Tracking runs on Rewardful, payouts are in USD with a $50 minimum, and self-referrals and brand-keyword bidding are banned.
