OpusClip referral link and review
OpusClip is an AI tool that cuts long videos into short clips for TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram, with automatic captions and reframing. There is a free plan with 60 processing minutes a month, and paid plans start at $15 per month. The link on this page is a referral link; it does not add an extra sign-up bonus.
No extra sign-up bonus via this link — the provider's standard terms apply.
Referral link disclosure: the button above is our referral link. If you sign up through it, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The bonus and terms are set by OpusClip and can change — check them on the official site before you sign up.
How to get started
- Open opus.pro via the link on this page; the referral is tracked by the link, no code needed.
- Create an account; new users start on the free plan, and the site advertises a 7-day Pro trial with 90 minutes of processing.
- Upload a video file or paste a link from a supported source such as YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo or Zoom.
- Let ClipAnything pick the clips, then adjust captions, framing and length in the editor.
- Export the clips, or upgrade for watermark-free exports and posting tools.
What is OpusClip?
OpusClip is a web app that repurposes long videos into short vertical clips. Its main building blocks:
- ClipAnything — an AI clipping model meant to work on any genre: vlogs, gaming, sports, interviews, explainers.
- ReframeAnything — resizes video for each platform and uses AI object tracking to keep moving subjects in frame; manual tracking is available too.
- AI captions — added automatically and editable, with multi-language transcription and auto emoji/keyword highlights.
- Virality score and auto hook — on paid plans, to help pick which clips to post.
- Editor — text- and timeline-based editing, speech cleanup (pause and filler removal), text overlays and B-roll.
- Brand templates and team workspace.
Supported languages include English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean and more.
Who it's for
OpusClip is aimed at people who already record long-form content and want short clips from it without editing each one by hand: podcasters, streamers, YouTubers, coaches, marketers and agencies. Pro adds a team workspace, multi-profile posting and scheduling to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky, plus export to Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Business is for organisations that need SSO, CMS integration, invoice/ACH payment and unlimited seats and storage.

What changes between tiers:
- Free: uploads up to 10 GB per video, up to 1080p exports, media kept for 3 days, watermark on animated caption templates, no social posting.
- Starter: imports from YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, Zoom, Rumble and StreamYard; virality score, AI reframe, watermark-free export at highest resolution; media kept for 29 days.
- Pro: 100 GB storage, more import sources, AI video B-roll, dubbing, scheduling and API.
Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly, and top-up credits can be bought from the subscription page. The pricing page does not state the billing period behind the $15 and $29 figures, so check the price at checkout.
Refunds, cancellation and limits
The terms of service say paid fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not give a prorated refund for the current period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the term ends. According to the help center, projects stop being accessible 3 days after cancelling, and downgrading to Free is allowed only with fewer than 30 minutes of credits left.
You must be at least 16 to use the service (under-18s need a parent's or guardian's permission), and use from U.S.-embargoed countries is restricted by export rules.
OpusClip referral and affiliate program
OpusClip runs a public affiliate program that anyone with an audience can apply to:
- 25% recurring commission on new paid subscribers. The headline says through the first year of each subscriber; the FAQ on the same page says you keep earning while the customer stays subscribed.
- Payouts in USD to PayPal only, automatically on the 15th of each month, once you have at least $20 in commission.
- Approval takes about a week.
- Rules: no paid media (search or Facebook ads) with the link, no self-referrals, and the link must generate traffic within 6 months or the account is deactivated.
Because payouts go only through PayPal, the program is impractical in countries where PayPal cannot receive money, such as Russia. Referred users do not get a discount from the affiliate program.
