What is MindStudio?
MindStudio is a no-code platform for building AI agents, operated by GoMeta, Inc., a company based in West Hollywood, California. You assemble an agent in a visual builder that can be extended with custom JavaScript and Python functions, or start from one of 100+ templates. Agent Architect generates an agent scaffold from a plain-language description.

How usage works. On top of the plan fee you pay for AI model usage. Most models are billed per token, quoted per 1 million tokens, with input and output priced separately. MindStudio says it does not mark up model costs, so you pay the same rate as with the provider's own API keys. You can set per-agent and total spend limits; extra runs can be bought when you approach the run limit.
Yearly billing saves 20% compared with monthly. The pricing page does not mention a free trial of the paid plans; the Free plan is the no-cost way to try the product.
Billing, refunds and account rules
From the MindStudio Terms of Use:
- No refunds. MindStudio will not refund fees already paid, and you are not eligible for a prorated refund if you cancel mid-period.
- Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically unless you opt out in billing settings. A paid plan cannot be terminated before the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No account sharing. You may not share your account or password, or transfer the account without written permission.
- Legal age. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
The terms do not list restricted countries.
MindStudio referral program
MindStudio runs a referral program on PartnerStack that any user can apply to. You join on PartnerStack, get a referral link and share it. According to the MindStudio University documentation, the link earns 20% commission on workspace subscriptions for 12 months.
Builders can also share remix links to their agents: people who click "Make a Copy" and later subscribe count as referrals, provided your PartnerStack link is saved in the PartnerStack Affiliate URL field in account settings.
For a customer, signing up through a referral link does not change the price: the plans and usage rates above are the same.
