What is IHC?

IHC is the brand of OOO Internet-Hosting (ООО «Интернет-Хостинг»), based in Moscow. The site says it has provided hosting for more than 15 years. Servers sit in two Moscow data centers (DataPro/Digital Hub, which IHC describes as Uptime Institute Tier III certified, and IXcellerate) and in Amsterdam; a Hong Kong VPS is sold on ihc.hk.

Products: shared hosting (including WordPress, 1C-Bitrix and online-store plans), KVM VPS on NVMe in Russia and Europe, Windows VPS, dedicated and GPU servers, colocation, domains, backups and software licenses. The homepage advertises DDoS protection, free site migration, 99.9% uptime, free Let's Encrypt SSL and 24/7 support by phone, chat and email.

Who it's for

IHC suits Russian-speaking site owners and businesses that want servers in Moscow: small sites on shared hosting (cPanel or ispmanager, one-click CMS installs), developers who need a cheap KVM VPS with their own ISO, and companies needing 1C hosting or colocation. The site, contract and prices are in Russian and rubles.

KVM VPS in Moscow starts at 660 RUB per month (550 on a yearly plan) for 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM and 15 GB NVMe; 2 vCPU and 4 GB RAM cost 1,890 RUB. Traffic is unlimited up to a 10,000 GB fair-use limit. Europe plans start at 890 RUB. Most VPS plans have a 3-day test, and the first month of ispmanager 6 is free.

IHC referral program terms

IHC runs its own partner program for webmasters and bloggers. Partners share a link of the form ihc.ru/?ref=…, bind their websites as referral sources, or give a partner code that new clients enter at registration.

Rates: 50% of payments for shared hosting, 20% for VPS/VDS and backups, 3% for dedicated servers, for periods starting in the client's first year; halved after that.
Friend discount: under “Give a friend a discount”, a partner passes up to 25% to the referred client and keeps the rest. It requires an account with at least 1,000 RUB in payments. A discount code takes priority over a partner link.
Payouts: twice a month; WebMoney or USDT from 300 RUB (25% fee for USDT), or a card or Russian business account from 2,000 RUB with no fee.
Rules: no ads on IHC brand searches, no hidden redirects, no self-referrals. Accruals stop after 6 months without new clients, and IHC may change the rules at any time.

Refunds and limits

The public offer is governed by Russian law. Money for the unused period is refunded only within the first 30 days after registration, by bank transfer or the original payment method minus payment-system fees. Domain registrations and renewals are never refunded; SSL certificates can be refunded within 14 days of issue. Formal complaints are accepted only on paper.
