What is Hostiman?
Hostiman is run by individual entrepreneur Evgeny Kokunov (ИП Кокунов Е. А., OGRNIP 316325600074565) from the Bryansk region of Russia; the site footer dates the brand to 2014. It sells:
- Shared hosting with ispmanager or cPanel, NVMe SSD storage, a one-click installer for 237 CMS and scripts (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop and others) and a site builder.
- VPS/VDS on KVM with Intel Xeon E-2288G CPUs, NVMe disks and separate backup space.
- Dedicated servers in Russia, the Netherlands, Germany, France and, per the site, England, Canada, Poland, Singapore and Australia.
- Backup storage in a German data center, domains and SSL certificates (from 699 RUB/year).
The homepage lists DDoS protection, unlimited traffic, free migration and 24/7 chat and ticket support.
Who it's for
Hostiman mainly targets Russian-speaking site owners: the site, contract and support are in Russian, prices are in rubles and Russian law applies. It suits cheap PHP/MySQL hosting for WordPress or 1C-Bitrix sites, a small KVM VPS in Russia or Europe, or a .ru/.рф domain bundled with hosting. The VPS page forbids TUN/TAP and VPNs used to bypass blocks.

Hostiman referral program terms
Anyone can join; you do not need to be a customer. You register, activate your referral link in the client area and get banners from the knowledge base. The partner earns 5% of what referred clients pay for new orders and renewals of hosting and VPS/VDS, for as long as they keep paying; Hostiman says the rate may be raised to 15% for partners who bring many clients. Balance top-ups earn nothing.
The minimum payout is 1,000 RUB to a personal card of a Russian bank or a YooMoney wallet, processed within 7 days of a request; moving earnings to your Hostiman balance has no minimum.
