What is Gainium?

Gainium is operated by Gainium LLC, with an address in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA). It is a cloud platform for automated and manual crypto trading that connects to your exchange account via API keys, so your funds stay on the exchange.

What it offers:

• Bots: grid, DCA and combo bots (combo mixes grid and DCA in one bot); the FAQ also mentions signal-based bots driven by TradingView webhooks and futures bots with leverage.
• Testing: bot backtesting, bar-by-bar manual backtesting, and paper trading to forward-test a strategy on live data.
• Tools: a Smart Trading Terminal, trade journal, analytics, screener, developer API and an AI assistant (Max Gain).
• Exchanges: Binance, Binance US, KuCoin, Bybit, OKX, Coinbase, Bitget, Hyperliquid and Kraken.

Gainium also publishes an open-source Community Edition that you can self-host for free, and states that it takes no fees from your trades.

Who it's for

Gainium suits traders who want to run rule-based strategies such as DCA or grid around the clock without coding, and to test them on history or in a paper account first. It is less useful if you trade only occasionally by hand or your exchange is not supported. Bots can still lose money in trending markets.

Refunds and account security

The pricing page advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, while the separate refund policy sets narrower rules, so read it before paying:

• Monthly plans: full refund if requested within 14 days of the latest payment, and only if you have not used the service in that time (demo trading excepted). Only the most recent month is refundable.
• Annual plans: partial refund within 180 days for the unused months, calculated without discounts, so the months already used are charged at full price.
• A refund can be claimed once; request it in writing through the contact page from your account email.

On security, Gainium's exchange guides ask for trading permissions only. The Kraken guide states that "Gainium does not require withdrawal permissions", and IP whitelisting of Gainium's servers is supported.

Gainium referral and affiliate program

Gainium's affiliate program is free to join and you do not need to be a paying customer. Its terms:

• Commission: 30% recurring on referred users' lifetime purchases (minus VAT); custom rates for large communities.
• Cookie: 30 days to register after the click; no deadline for purchases after registration.
• Payout: in USDT only, from a 50 USDT balance; refunds and chargebacks are deducted, and unclaimed commissions expire two years after release.
• Who can join: not available to EU residents or to anyone accessing it from the EU, judged by account location and IP address.
• Rules: no self-referrals or multiple accounts, no brand bidding, no spam, and paid ads must land on your own content rather than the referral link.

For people who sign up through a link, the affiliate page says referred users get a 14-day trial instead of the standard 7 days, and affiliates may optionally share part of their commission as a discount. No fixed discount is published.
