Fornex says it has more than 16 years in hosting and runs its own equipment in Tier III data centers. Services are billed by Fornex Hosting S.L. (Marbella, Spain); the contacts page also lists Fornexcloud Ltd. in Cyprus and Fornex Inc. in the USA.

• VPS on KVM with NVMe storage in RAID10: ready "Cloud NVMe" plans or a custom build, x86-64 or ARM, minimum CPU clock 2.1, 3.0 or 3.8 GHz. Root access via SSH and VNC, Linux or Windows Server, your own ISO, snapshots, a firewall in the control panel, an API and reverse DNS.
• Shared web hosting on cPanel with CloudLinux and CageFS isolation, Softaculous one-click installs, PHP version switching, ClamAV scans and daily backups.
• Dedicated servers: 47 ready configurations on Intel Xeon, AMD Ryzen and AMD EPYC, usually ready within two business days.
• S3 object storage and free managed migration from another host.

Good to know: refunds, rules and support

• Refunds are restricted right now. The FAQ promises a refund within 7 days, but the trial-period page says the 7-day money-back guarantee for web hosting and VPS is temporarily suspended, and that a refund requested in the first five days still has those five days deducted. Start with one month.
• Banned uses: malware, phishing, IRC, scanners, proxies, VPN services, torrents and game servers. Orders that break the rules can be blocked without a refund. Abuse complaints must be fixed within 12 to 48 hours.
• Support is by ticket only, 24/7; there is no phone line.
• Payment: Visa/Mastercard and crypto; card linking for auto-payments depends on the payment gateway.
• Dedicated servers can be tested for 7 or 14 days at a special price by ticket.
