Refunds, cancellation and account rules

• No refunds. The terms say all fees for paid services, including the first payment and renewals, are non-refundable.
• Cancellation: cancel at any time under "Manage subscription"; access lasts until the end of the current term.
• Minutes do not roll over past the billing cycle.
• Chargebacks can lead Elai to cancel paid services immediately.
• Age: users must be over 13; under 18 requires parental or guardian consent.
• Law: Delaware law applies, and US users must arbitrate most disputes.

Elai.io affiliate program

Elai.io runs a public affiliate program on Rewardful that anyone can apply to:

• Commission: 25% of payments from a referred customer within their first 12 months; Enterprise plans are excluded.
• Conditions: the referred account must stay in good standing for 30 days; the most recent affiliate cookie gets the credit.
• Payouts: first week of each month, in USD or other currencies; processing fees may be deducted.
• Rules: approval is at Elai's discretion. Self-referrals, cash rebates, brand-keyword bidding, bot traffic and unsolicited messages are prohibited. A dispute rate above 10% can end the agreement.
