What is VDSka?

VDSka is a VPS hosting brand whose public offer agreement names a sole proprietor, IP Levin Anton Aleksandrovich, as the service provider. The site footer dates the brand to 2018, and the about page says VDSka runs only its own hardware rather than reselling capacity from other providers.

The core product is a KVM virtual server with Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS templates, or your own ISO via support) or Windows. DDoS protection and DNS hosting are also offered.

Who it's for

VDSka suits users who want a small, inexpensive Linux or Windows VPS in Russia, the Baltics, Central Asia or the US and are comfortable with a Russian-language site and ruble prices. Free daily backups and plan changes without reinstalling make it workable for websites, small projects and game servers.

It is a poor fit for mining, torrents or sustained heavy CPU load: the offer bans the first two and lets VDSka limit long CPU use above 50%.

The calculator builds custom servers from 1 to 8 vCPU and 1 to 16 GB RAM, with SSD or NVMe disks. Billing periods: one week, one month, or 3/6/12 months at 3%/5%/10% off. Prices vary by location.

The FAQ sets traffic at 3 TB per server, with extra traffic at 150 RUB per TB, and a 1000 Mbit port. A 2026 news post cut the Kazakhstan monthly traffic limit to 1 TB. There is no free trial; VDSka suggests a one-week order instead.

Payments, refunds and SLA

Payment. Mir, Visa and Mastercard cards (the payment page says both Russian and international cards are accepted, with 3D Secure), unnamed cryptocurrencies, and bank transfer for clients in Russia and abroad. All services are prepaid.
Refunds. You can ask for a refund at any time via a ticket; the amount is pro-rated for time used and traffic. Weekly orders are not refundable, nor are servers disabled after complaints or for rule violations.
SLA. If a server paid for a month or longer is down for more than one full hour through VDSka's fault without prior notice, you get one month of service added, provided you open a ticket within 24 hours.
Unpaid servers. The offer allows data to be deleted after more than 3 calendar days without payment.
Prohibited: mining, torrents, pirated software, spam, port scanning, and violent, extremist, pornographic or fraudulent content.

VDSka partner program terms

Any registered client can join VDSka's partner program for a referral link and statistics. Terms from the partner page:

15% of the cost of services that referred clients have paid for and used.
ISP, Windows and other licenses are not included.
Minimum payout is 500 RUB, at most once per week.
You cannot refer yourself or accounts you control.
Spam and other illegal advertising are banned.

The page does not mention any bonus for the referred client, and it does not list payout methods or say how long commissions last.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a VDSka promo code or referral bonus?

VDSka's partner page does not offer referred customers a discount or bonus, so our referral link gets you the standard prices. The only built-in discounts are for longer billing periods: 3% for three months, 5% for six months and 10% for a year.

Is VDSka legit?

The public offer agreement names the provider as a sole proprietor, IP Levin Anton Aleksandrovich, and VDSka publishes its offer, refund policy, SLA and privacy policy, plus support by phone (+7 499 112-46-64), email and ticket. One caveat: the governing court in the offer agreement is left blank and the offer cites Kyrgyz civil law.
