What is UltraVDS?

UltraVDS is the hosting brand of OOO Global Communications (ООО «Глобальные Коммуникации»), registered in Moscow. Its core product is VPS/VDS on Microsoft Hyper-V, with NVMe storage on the main plans. Windows and Linux are both available, including Windows Server 2025 in the configurator.

All servers run in one location: UltraVDS's own TIER III data center in Moscow, with N+1 redundancy, 10 Gbit/s uplinks, direct MSK-IX connectivity and DDoS filtering of up to 1.5 Tbit/s. Add-ons include DDoS protection (from 500 RUB/month), a GPU option (from 250 RUB/month), a 500 GB HDD disk without backups, extra IPv4 addresses and free server migration.

Who it's for

UltraVDS suits you if you need low latency inside Russia, a Windows VPS reachable over RDP, or a very cheap machine for light tasks. Daily rental lets you test a setup before paying for a month.

It is a weaker fit if you need several countries (Moscow is the only location), an English contract, or payment by foreign card or crypto. Public proxies, VPNs and Tor exit nodes need written consent; mining is allowed only where the tariff permits it.

Each plan includes one IPv4 address. Paying for a year cuts the price by 20%, and the minimum rental period is one day. The two cheapest plans come with an older Windows version (2012 R2 or Core); higher plans offer all versions. The configurator lists a Windows license at 1,700 RUB per month (1,190 RUB annually).

Payments, refunds and limits

• Payment. Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards via an Alfa-Bank gateway, YooMoney, and bank transfer for companies. Crypto and foreign-issued cards are not mentioned.
• Language and law. Site and public offer are in Russian; Russian law applies.
• Auto-renewal is on by default: delete a server before the period ends, or it renews, and renewal charges are not refundable.
• Refunds. Fees are generally non-refundable after activation; returning unused balance is at UltraVDS's discretion, within 30 days of a written request. Individuals keep Russian consumer-law rights.
• Unpaid servers are suspended and data is kept no more than 7 days (less for test or promo services).
• Uptime. The data center page cites 99.98%; the contract SLA targets 99.5% monthly, with 5–15% credits toward future services.
• Identity. UltraVDS may request identity and payment documents.

UltraVDS affiliate program terms

You do not have to be a client to join: create an account and share your partner link. Partners earn 15% of referred clients' spending for one year after registration, rising to 20% at 10+ active servers and 25% at 20+. License add-ons, bonus-fund payments and economy plans do not count, and commission is credited after the client's paid period ends.

Earnings pay for your own servers or are withdrawn to a Russian MIR card or YooMoney. Partners can create private promo codes funded from their commission, but publishing them, spam and contextual ads are banned. A separate white-label reseller program gives 5% off site prices for services created through the API.
