It is a weaker fit if you need an English-language contract, many locations, or workloads the agreement prohibits: proxies, anonymizers, torrents and streaming sites on shared hosting, torrents and mining on servers, and spam everywhere.

Plans go up to 24 vCPU and 64 GB RAM; billing runs 1 to 24 months with no annual discount. Hestia panel is free, ISPmanager 6 is from 330 RUB/month, and about 30 operating systems are offered, Windows Server included.
Payments, refunds and limits
- Payment methods. Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir), SBP, YooMoney, WebMoney, PayPal, Skrill and more; companies can pay by SWIFT or SEPA transfer. Acceptance of foreign-issued cards is not stated.
- Refunds. The product pages advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. The service agreement returns the value of unused services on early termination, except the remainder of the minimum term (one month for most services, one year for domains), and asks for cancellation notice 10 working days in advance.
- Law. The site and agreement are in Russian and disputes go to Moscow courts.
SmartApe referral program terms
Any SmartApe client can join the affiliate program. Partners earn a share of what their referred clients spend for as long as those clients keep paying: 20% on hosting, Bitrix hosting, VPS, SSD VPS, Bitrix licenses and the cloud data center, 5% on dedicated server rental and 0% on domains. A referral link does not expire.
Earnings are credited on the evening of the 1st of each month for the previous month and can be withdrawn in any amount to a bank card, bank account or WebMoney. Spam, contextual search ads for SmartApe services (including the "smartape" query) and ads on sites that break Russian law are prohibited.
