What is Profitserver?

Profitserver (PROFITSERVER) is the hosting brand of OOO ITK (ООО «ИТК»), a company registered in Chelyabinsk, Russia. Its about page says it started in 2003 as a division of the ITK holding and runs its own data center in Chelyabinsk; the brand's copyright line dates from 2015. The public offer contract is signed with OOO ITK.

Services:

• VPS/VDS on KVM virtualization with Intel Xeon CPUs, Linux or Windows, in the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Czechia, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, Latvia, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece, Russia (Moscow, Chelyabinsk), the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore. Data centers outside Chelyabinsk are described as TIER-III.
• Dedicated servers in 17 cities across 13 countries, from 4,990 RUB per month.
• Shared hosting, domains, SSL certificates, ISPmanager licenses, server administration and a reseller program.

The main site is in Russian. An English version at profitserver.net shows prices in US dollars (VPS from $2.9/mo).

Traffic is unmetered on a non-guaranteed 100 Mbit/s channel, with a guaranteed minimum of 50 Mbit/s in Profitserver's own data center and 30 Mbit/s elsewhere. Add-ons: ISPmanager Lite +790 RUB, extra IPv4 +500 RUB. Prices and plans differ by location.

Dedicated servers start at 4,990 RUB per month (Intel Core i3-2100 in Chelyabinsk); Amsterdam and Los Angeles start at 7,990 RUB. Shared hosting runs from 100 RUB per month (Easy: 3 GB SSD, 2 sites) to 500 RUB (Guru+), with daily backups and free SSL.

Payments, refunds and limits

• Payment. The Russian site lists WebMoney (WMR, WMZ), YooKassa ("10+ methods") and SBP, with no minimum top-up. The English site mentions credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
• Refunds. Activated services are generally non-refundable. Unused balance can be returned to the original payment method if you have no violations: you submit a signed form, a passport scan and proof that the card or wallet is yours via a ticket. Requests are reviewed in 3 business days, and payment-system fees are deducted.
• Identity checks. If Profitserver doubts your account data it can ask for confirmation; no answer within 3 days can mean suspension, and within 10 days, termination.
• Uptime. The site advertises 99.9% uptime and 10x compensation for downtime, credited against the next billing period.
• Prohibited on VPS and dedicated servers: proxies and anonymizers, torrent clients, crypto mining, adult content, bots acting on other people's sites and spam. The fair-use policy allows private VPNs but not high-traffic public VPNs, seedboxes or Tor exit nodes.

Profitserver partner program

Profitserver runs a public partner program open to individuals, self-employed people and LLCs with an account in its billing panel; LLCs may be asked for a minimal set of documents. Partners get 10% of every payment their referred clients make, for life, with no cap on amount or time. Commissions are credited on the 1st of each month.

The promo materials page says the referral cookie lasts one year, statistics are live in the panel, and withdrawals go out via USDT or WebMoney with a 500 RUB minimum. Banners, tracking links and promo codes are provided. Bidding on the Profitserver brand in search ads is not allowed.
