What is MaCloud?

MaCloud is the brand of OOO Cloud Assets (ООО «Облачные активы»), a company registered in Moscow (OGRN 1207700369470). It sells cloud VPS/VDS, Windows VPS, standard and Hi-CPU servers, dedicated servers and colocation. Servers run on AMD EPYC (up to 3.4 GHz) and Intel Gold processors with NVMe storage and are hosted in the DataPro data center in Moscow, which the site describes as Tier IV certified. No other locations are listed.

Every server gets static IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, a 1,000 Mbit/s port, a 10 Gbit/s local network, private networks and DDoS protection included in the price. The own control panel handles reboots, OS installs and backups, and there is a public API.

The configurator charges 10 RUB per CPU core, 8 RUB per GB of RAM, 0.55 RUB per GB of NVMe and 7 RUB per IPv4 address, per day, and scales up to 128 cores, 512 GB RAM and 4,000 GB of storage.

The VPS page lists bank cards, WebMoney, QIWI and invoices for organizations among payment methods. There is no free trial; the site suggests renting a server for a few days instead.

Payments, refunds and limits

Language and law. The site, documentation and public offer are in Russian, and services are provided under Russian law.
Prepaid balance. Services are paid in advance and run only while your balance is positive; MaCloud may suspend a server as soon as the balance goes negative.
Refunds. The offer says paid services cannot be refunded in full or in part, except when MaCloud cannot provide the paid service.
Unpaid servers. Data is guaranteed to be kept for 24 hours after a debt appears and may be deleted within 5 days. Backups made in the panel are kept up to 30 days after the paid period.
Prohibited: spam, malware, copyright infringement and using software to reach resources blocked in Russia. If an IP is blocked by Russian authorities for that reason, the client pays a fine of 3,000 RUB per IP.

MaCloud partner program terms

MaCloud runs a public partner program with two options: 20% of all payments from referred clients, or 10% of payments while the client gets a 10% discount. Rewards are paid for the lifetime of the client and credited weekly. The 20% base rate can rise in tiers up to 50% for high-volume partners.

Rewards can go to your MaCloud bonus balance in any amount or be withdrawn in USDT (TRC20) from 5,000 RUB, within five business days at the Central Bank of Russia rate. A USDT withdrawal requires at least five active referred clients in the last 365 days. Contextual ads that point to macloud.ru are banned, and you cannot be a partner and a referral at the same time.
