Paying for a year gives 10% off (for example, Ferrum is 3,240 RUB per year). Windows Server is available from Ferrum Big upward. The VDS page lists Moscow and Helsinki as locations.

PHP hosting plans are 60, 100 and 150 RUB per month. Dedicated servers were shown as sold out in the configurator when we checked; the homepage advertises them from 3,300 RUB per month.

Payments, refunds and limits

  • Payment methods. The FAQ lists Russian and foreign bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir, JCB, UnionPay), YooMoney, PayPal, crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) and bank transfer for companies. Prices are in rubles and are tied to the USD and EUR exchange rates.
  • Verification. Individuals must give their full name and ID document details; phone verification by SMS or call is required at the first order.
  • Refunds. The terms say domains, SSL, software licences, virtual hosting, VDS, dedicated servers and traffic filtering are non-refundable. An unused balance can be returned to an individual only with no active services, a balance over 3,000 RUB and a 10% fee withheld, within two months of the request.
  • Uptime. The VDS service level agreement targets 99.98% per month and credits 0.5% of the monthly fee per 30 minutes of downtime beyond that, capped at one month.
  • Non-payment. Services are prepaid; VDS or dedicated server files may be deleted the day after an unpaid service stops.
  • Prohibited: spam, malware, unauthorized scanning, and resource-heavy tasks such as mining, streaming and bots on VDS or shared hosting.

Ihor partner program terms

Ihor's partner program is open to any individual or legal entity and pays 5% of all payments made by clients you refer, for PHP hosting, VDS and dedicated servers. To join, register in the billing panel, open the referral program section to get your partner ID, pick a banner from the banners page and insert your ID into its code.

Earnings for a month are credited to your Ihor account balance on the 2nd of the following month (00:00 Moscow time) and can be spent on Ihor services. Withdrawal to a bank account requires signing a separate contract with Ihor through support. The partner page does not state a minimum payout or a cookie period.
