Best website builders in Russia: Creatium, Nethouse and InSales compared
For a business that sells in Russia, you need a website builder you can pay with a Russian card, that hosts your site in Russia and connects YooKassa, SBP and Russian marketplaces. Nethouse is the cheapest start, with a free-forever plan and paid plans from 600 RUB a month; Creatium suits landing pages at 750 RUB a month, billed by the day; InSales is for an online store that also sells on Ozon and Wildberries. Prices, payment methods and limits below come from each official page.

The short answer
All three builders here are Russian services: prices in rubles, payment by Russian bank cards, Russian-language support and built-in links to Russian payment and delivery services. Which one fits depends on the job:
- Nethouse to start free and keep costs low: the Start plan costs 0 RUB forever, a company site with your own domain and online payments is 600–750 RUB a month, and the store plan is free once turnover passes 100,000 RUB a month.
- Creatium for landing pages and lead generation: Zero block design, quizzes, calculators and A/B tests for 750 RUB a month, charged by the day.
- InSales for a real online store that also sells on Ozon, Wildberries, Avito, Megamarket and Yandex.Market, from 2,295 RUB a month for the store plan.
International builders are left out on purpose: most bill in dollars or euros to foreign cards, which a business inside Russia usually can't use.
How to choose a website builder for a business in Russia
Check five things before you commit:
- How you pay the builder: Russian cards (Mir included), the Faster Payments System (SBP), bank transfer for companies.
- How your customers pay you: ready integrations with YooKassa or Robokassa, card acquiring from a Russian bank, SBP by QR code, invoices for legal entities.
- Where the site is hosted: Russia's personal data law (152-FZ) expects Russian citizens' personal data to be stored in databases in Russia. If your forms collect names, phones or emails, servers in Russia save you a compliance headache.
- Billing model and limits: a flat monthly plan, a daily charge or a free plan with caps on products, photos and pages. Compare the real cost for your case.
- Sales channels: for physical goods, marketplace sync with Ozon and Wildberries and delivery modules can matter more than design freedom.
Prices in rubles side by side
Monthly prices from the official pricing pages, October 2026:
| Builder | Free option | Entry paid plan | Online store | Prepay discount |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nethouse | Start: 0 RUB forever | Company site: 750 RUB month to month, 600 RUB on a 2-year term | 1,500 RUB (1,200 on 2 years), or 0 RUB with turnover over 100,000 RUB/mo | 5–20% for 6 months to 2 years |
| Creatium | Free to build; 375 RUB sign-up bonus | 750 RUB/mo (25 RUB/day) per published site | Cart included | Top-up bonuses instead |
| InSales | 7-day trial | Business Card Site: 1,343 RUB/mo | 2,295 RUB/mo; Combo with marketplaces 5,610 RUB/mo | 5–15% for 3–12 months |
For one company site paid for a year, Nethouse comes to 675 RUB a month and Creatium to about 750 RUB a month. InSales costs more because you get a full store back office and marketplace sync, not just pages.
Paying for the builder and taking payments on your site
Paying the builder. Nethouse is paid through a site balance (1 point = 1 RUB) topped up by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Mir), SBP, YooMoney, bank transfer or cash terminals, with a separate option for cards issued outside Russia, per the Nethouse balance top-up guide. The Russian version of Creatium takes Russian cards and payment systems; foreign cards go to the separate Creatium International. InSales takes bank cards, e-money, bank payment and invoices for companies, with automatic card renewals.
Taking payments from your customers.
- Nethouse: card, YooMoney, internet banking or cash at terminals; you can connect as a company, sole trader, self-employed or private person, in up to two business days. SBP by QR code through YooKassa needs the Professional plan.
- Creatium: Robokassa and YooKassa.
- InSales: card payments through apps such as YooKassa and Sberbank, cash on delivery, invoices for legal entities, transfer to a Russian bank account, and an API for other providers.
Creatium: landing pages that sell, billed by the day
Creatium is built for sites whose job is to bring in leads and sales. The free-form Zero block gives designer-level layout control without code, and conversion tools come in the base price rather than as add-ons: quiz forms and calculators, pop-ups, A/B testing and multi-landing pages that change content by ad campaign. The first published site includes 20 pages, a cart, SSL and analytics with a built-in CRM; integrations with AmoCRM, Bitrix24, SendPulse, GetResponse, Roistat and webhooks are a paid add-on.
Pricing. You pay nothing while you build. A published site costs 750 RUB a month, charged at 25 RUB per day, so a two-week promo landing page costs only for the days it is live. Each further site is 150 RUB a month and 100 extra pages are 100 RUB a month. Data tables beyond 100 rows and registered users are billed separately, per site. New accounts get 375 RUB, which Creatium says covers about two weeks.
Russia. The Russian version runs on servers in Saint Petersburg and takes Russian cards and payment systems; the "Made on Creatium" badge can be removed for free even during the trial.
Downside: store payments are limited to Robokassa and YooKassa and costs grow with every extra site and paid feature.

More detail, including the bonus for new accounts, is in our Creatium review.
Nethouse: start free, pay when you need a domain
Nethouse has been running since 2011 and is aimed at small businesses, specialists and first-time site owners: you pick a template, fill in text and photos, and publish. Hosting, SSL and responsive templates are included on every plan, and Nethouse says it has more than 100 free one-page templates.
Plans (month to month / on a 2-year term):
- Start: 0 RUB forever, a yoursite.nethouse.ru address, 5 products and 20 photos.
- Company site: 750 / 600 RUB a month, your own domain (a .RU, .РФ or .ONLINE domain is included for a year), email, online payments, 400 photos and no ad bar.
- Online store: 1,500 / 1,200 RUB a month, or 0 RUB with turnover over 100,000 RUB a month; 1,000+ products, customer accounts, promo codes and product import from Ozon and Wildberries.
- Professional: 3,500 / 2,800 RUB a month; 5,000+ products, an HTML block with scripts, SBP payments and priority support.
Products over the plan limit cost 0.1 RUB each per month, and hiding the Nethouse copyright is 125 RUB a month, per the Nethouse pricing page.
Russia. Nethouse says site data is kept on its servers in a Saint Petersburg data center, and the store side integrates with YooKassa, MoySklad, CDEK, Russian Post and Yandex delivery, Yandex.Market and VK.
Downside: the free plan is a showcase, not a business site (subdomain, 5 products), and the template approach gives less design freedom than Creatium's Zero block. Points are not refunded if you end the agreement yourself.
See the full plan breakdown in our Nethouse review.
InSales: an online store plus Ozon and Wildberries in one panel
InSales is an e-commerce platform rather than a page builder, now part of Sber's Sber2B business services. You get a store with 20 design templates and a code editor, and the same admin panel syncs prices, stock and orders with Ozon, Wildberries, Avito, Megamarket and Yandex.Market. CRM, a bonus program, messenger and SMS notifications, an AI generator for product cards and 200+ integrations for delivery, accounting and payments are built in.
Plans per month: Business Card Site 1,343 RUB, Online Store 2,295 RUB, Seller (marketplaces only) 4,080 RUB, Combo (store plus marketplaces) 5,610 RUB and Ultra 25,415 RUB. SberBusiness clients pay less: Online Store is 1,445 RUB and the Business Card Site is free. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial without payment details, there are no registration fees and no commission on sales, and traffic and storage are unlimited, per the InSales pricing page.
Russia. InSales Rus LLC is listed in Russia's register of accredited IT companies and its software is in the unified register of Russian software.
Downside: it costs the most of the three, and refunds are strict: no refund for the month you cancel or the month before it, and an unpaid account is blocked and deleted after 60 days.

Our InSales review covers the plans and terms in detail.
What about Tilda and other builders?
Tilda is the best-known Russian builder, though it is not in our table. Its pricing page lists a Free plan (1 site, 50 pages), Personal at 500 RUB a month and Business (5 sites, code export) at 1,000 RUB a month, both on annual billing. It is strong for design-led landing pages.
International builders make sense if your business, card and customers are outside Russia. If you outgrow builders and need your own server, see VPS hosting in Russia; more tools are under website and e-commerce tools.
Which builder to pick
- Testing an idea or a business card site: Nethouse Start for free, then Company site when you need a domain and payments.
- Ad landing pages, quizzes and lead capture: Creatium, where daily billing keeps short campaigns cheap.
- A growing shop: Nethouse Online store if turnover is over 100,000 RUB a month (then the plan is free), or InSales for a deeper store back office.
- Ozon and Wildberries plus your own site: InSales Combo, with stock and orders in one feed.
Build a real page and connect payments during the free plan or trial before paying for a long term.
