Annual billing is advertised as saving 20%. The Free plan shows Restream branding and keeps recordings for 15 days (6 hours per stream); paid plans remove branding and allow 10-hour recordings, with 30-day storage from Professional up. Clips (from $19/mo), Webinars (from $99/mo) and extra seats ($25/mo) cost extra.

Restream referral program terms
Restream runs a public refer-a-friend program that any user can join from the referral dashboard in account settings:
- The new user receives $10 in Restream credit toward a paid subscription. It is applied as a Stripe coupon, so it cannot be combined with another promo code.
- The referrer earns $10 when a referred user buys a paid subscription. Earnings are added to the balance after 30 days of the active subscription; rewards flagged for possible fraud are reviewed manually.
- Payouts: balances can be used as Restream credit or withdrawn on request once they reach $5. Payouts run through Dub and Stripe, usually to a bank account; PayPal is offered only where Stripe payouts are unavailable.
- Each user gets one custom referral link, and it cannot be changed after it is created.
Refunds, age and regional limits
- Refunds are narrow. The Terms of Use say prepaid, unused fees are not refunded when you close your account, and downgrades or plan changes bring no refund or credit. Exceptions include an outage blocking access for at least 72 consecutive hours, or support failing to resolve an access problem within seven days.
- Cancellation: via dashboard chat or billing@restream.io.
- Age: you must be at least 16 or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher; younger users need a parent or guardian's supervision.
- Sanctions: access is not allowed from countries under U.S. embargo or designated as state sponsors of terrorism, or by people on U.S. restricted-party lists.
