How to get started

  1. Open BestChange through the link on this page (it carries our referral ID).
  2. Choose what you give and what you get, for example Tether TRC20 to a bank card.
  3. Compare exchangers by rate, reserve, limits and reviews; use the calculator for your amount.
  4. Click the exchanger's name and create the order on its own website, following its rules and KYC.

What is BestChange?

BestChange is an exchange-rate monitor running since 2007. It calls itself "a free online service that helps to find exchangers with the best currency rates" and "an exclusively informational resource".

  • 487 listed exchangers and over 1.29 million tracked rates, refreshed every 5-8 seconds.
  • Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether on several networks, Monero and more), e-wallets such as Skrill and WebMoney, bank cards, transfers and cash.
  • Sorting by rate and reserve (the most an exchanger can pay out in that direction).
  • A calculator, rate history from 1 hour to 1 year, and alerts by e-mail or the official Telegram bot.

The site works in English (bestchange.com) and Russian (bestchange.ru).

Who it's for and what it costs

BestChange suits anyone who regularly moves money between crypto, e-wallets and cards, for example cashing out USDT to a bank card, and wants the best rate without checking dozens of exchangers by hand.

The monitor is free; BestChange states no fee of its own. Exchanger commissions are built into their rates or shown with labels, and payment systems may charge the sender. The optional AML address check gives a crypto address low, medium or high Risk Score marks using sources such as FATF and OFAC lists; its price is not published in the FAQ.

How exchangers are checked

BestChange says every exchanger is checked before listing and monitored afterwards. Its published rules require exchangers to:

  • be at least six months old, or be recommended by a large project or guaranteed by an exchanger listed for over a year;
  • follow AML and KYC rules;
  • publish the rates actually applied, including all costs;
  • answer a user claim within 48 hours.

Violations mean suspension for at least 4 hours. If an order is delayed, contact the exchanger first, then file a claim with the operation ID on its BestChange page. BestChange is not a guarantor and cannot guarantee lost money is recovered.

BestChange referral program

BestChange runs a public referral program for webmasters (partner page). Links carry your ID as ?p= and set a cookie of unstated duration. Rewards in USD:

Limits: region, age and KYC

The platform terms name Agretis Software Design LLC (Dubai, UAE) as licensor. Users must be 18+, and access from jurisdictions under UAE, UK, EU, US or UN sanctions is not allowed. Browsing needs no registration, but the exchangers you choose apply their own AML/KYC checks and may request documents. Many listed directions involve ruble cards and CIS payment systems.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a BestChange referral code or bonus for new users?

No. BestChange does not give visitors a bonus for arriving through a referral link, and there is no promo code to enter. The referral ID in the link only credits the site that sent you.

Is BestChange legit?

It has operated since 2007 and publishes terms naming Agretis Software Design LLC (Dubai, UAE), a privacy policy, rules for exchangers and support at support@bestchange.com. Caveat: it is an information service, not a guarantor; a failed exchange is the exchanger's responsibility.

Does BestChange charge a fee?

The monitor is free. Exchangers include their commission in the rates shown or mark it with labels, and payment systems may add their own fees. Optional AML address checks are a paid service.

How does the BestChange referral program pay?

Per-visit rewards of $0.10 to $1.05, 30% of referred users' AML check payments (10% from 2027) and 30% / 10% from two levels of sub-partners. Minimum payout is $1.00.
