  • Payment methods: bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Mir, Maestro, JCB, UnionPay), SBP (Faster Payments System), TPay, SberPay, WebMoney and PayPal.
  • Features: multi-currency and foreign cards, two-step (hold) payments, recurring payments and card saving, full and partial refunds, payment cascading, email and Telegram notifications.
  • Online cash register (54-FZ): Unit.Cheki, a free alternative to a regular online cash register, plus support for partner registers Atol, Modul, E-COM KASSA, Kit Online and Digitalkassa.

Pricing at a glance

Item Published rate
SBP (Faster Payments System) from 0.7%
Bank cards from 2%
Unit.Cheki receipts and fiscal drive 0 RUB

The rates are starting prices: the homepage says the fee goes down as a project's turnover grows and that individual terms are available on request. Rates for TPay and SberPay are not listed on the tariffs page, and mass payouts are arranged by application through support.

Who can connect, and region limits

Unitpay is a Russian aggregator. Its help center states that it works with legal entities only if they are registered in Russia and cannot currently work with foreign companies. Self-employed people on NPD are told to register as a sole proprietor (IP) account instead. Payouts for company and IP accounts go only to the Russian settlement account named in the contract.

Other requirements from the moderation guide:

  • Every project is moderated; maximum moderation time is 24 hours on weekdays.
  • The site must be on paid hosting with a static IP, have working pages and openly publish company details, prices, an offer or user agreement, refund and delivery terms and a privacy policy.
  • A list of 35 prohibited activities includes illegal gambling, alcohol, weapons, sports predictions, currency exchange, medicines and supplements, tobacco and sub-aggregator models.

By default card payments are open for countries of the former USSR; more countries can be requested from the dashboard.

Payouts and refunds

Funds reach the settlement account the next day; payouts run once per day, though the reporting period and closing documents depend on the bank provider.

Refunds can be issued from the dashboard or via the API, in full or in part depending on the provider. Issuing banks usually return the money to the payer within 10 days.

Unitpay referral program

Unitpay runs a public partner program: you bring clients who register through your link and earn a share of Unitpay's income from their payments, stated as up to 5% of Unitpay's revenue on the partner page. Existing account holders can open the Referrals section in the dashboard, accept the referral offer and create referral links with their own tags. Earnings are moved to the account balance and withdrawn like regular funds.

The partner page promises payouts without delays and analytics on referred clients, but does not publish a minimum payout or payout schedule. Partner questions go to partners@unitpay.ru.
