What is SendPulse?

SendPulse is an all-in-one marketing platform operated by SendPulse Inc., dating from 2015 per its footer. Main product lines:

• Email: bulk campaigns, transactional email, SMTP, a drag-and-drop builder and email verification.
• Messaging: bulk SMS, Viber messages and web push.
• Chatbots: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more, with handoff to a human agent.
• CRM and sales: CRM, eCommerce CRM and an omnichannel inbox.
• Site and courses: landing pages, pop-ups, live chat and an online course builder.
• Automation and AI: cross-channel automation, an AI assistant, an API and integrations including Make and n8n.

SendPulse describes itself as a Meta Business Partner and an official WhatsApp Business API provider.

Who it's for

SendPulse suits small businesses, online stores, course creators and marketers who want email, messenger bots and a CRM under one login. The free plan is enough to test the builder and automation on a small list; paid tiers add A/B tests, team access and dynamic segmentation. It fits less well if your business falls into a category SendPulse excludes (see limits below).

Prices on the official pricing page are in US dollars. Email plans (up to 500 subscribers, billed yearly):

Yearly billing is shown with a 20% discount and 6-month billing with 10%; monthly billing is also offered. There is also a pay-as-you-go option for up to 10,000 emails: $48 (Standard), $57.60 (Pro) or $80.64 (Enterprise).

The free plan has no time limit and includes up to 15,000 emails per month to up to 500 recipients, 3 sender addresses, 250 MB of image storage, 100 email address checks, 5 automation scenarios and chat support for the first 30 days. Prices grow with list size; see the pricing page.

Referral link and bonus terms

Our link opens a SendPulse invitation page. Accounts created from it get a discount on the first payments of a paid subscription: 25,000 KZT in total under the terms we were given. The invitation banner on the page states the discount for your account, so read it before you register.

SendPulse also runs a public affiliate program that anyone with an audience can apply to:

• 30% commission on referred users' plan purchases, raised to 40% for a month when referrals spend $1,000 or more on tools in that month.
• 10% on balance top-ups and 5% of sub-affiliates' referred payments.
• Commissions are earned for up to two years after the referred user joins.
• Payouts go to PayPal or are used as SendPulse credit; the minimum withdrawal is $100.
• Applications are reviewed. Email spam, SEO spam and PPC advertising (Google Ads, Bing / Microsoft Advertising) are not allowed.

Limits, region and account rules

• Russia: SendPulse's Terms of Service state that it does not provide services to users from the Russian Federation, and campaigns tied to businesses in Russia may be blocked. The sign-up form shows a "region not supported" message in unsupported locations. A Russian-language interface still exists.
• Strict anti-spam rules: spam is forbidden. Campaigns above 0.4% complaints per sender domain or above 1% unsubscribes may be blocked. Affiliate marketing, political, alcohol, tobacco and religious content are excluded.
• Refunds: unspent funds on a paid plan can be refunded within 30 days of payment if you give a valid reason. A first subscription period after a free trial is non-refundable, and accounts closed over spam complaints get no refund.
• Suspension: SendPulse may suspend accounts with or without cause.
