What is PostFast?

PostFast is a scheduler for creators, small teams and agencies that publish the same content across several networks. It supports 11 platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, X (Twitter), YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram and Google Business Profile.

Main features listed on the site:

• Composer with per-platform previews and per-account captions, media and first comments.
• Scheduling up to one year ahead, a calendar view and content history.
• Bulk CSV import of up to 200 posts; carousels of up to 10 slides where the platform supports them.
• Social Inbox for comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Threads, on every plan.
• Agency tools: client workspaces, post approvals and white-label PDF reports on Pro and Enterprise.
• Integrations with Canva, Dropbox, Google Drive, n8n, Zapier and Make.
• API and AI agents: a REST API and an MCP server on every plan, so tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can draft and schedule posts.

PostFast pricing at a glance

All prices are in EUR. Yearly billing costs the same as ten months.

Other differences: Starter has limited analytics and 30 days of post history, while Creator keeps 1 year, Growth 2 years and Pro/Enterprise unlimited history. The number of X accounts is capped separately (2 on Starter up to 45 on Enterprise), and X posting is limited to 6–9 posts per account per day depending on the plan, as set out in the Fair Usage Policy.

Who it's for and what to check first

PostFast fits solo creators posting to many networks (Starter, Creator), teams needing several workspaces (Growth), and agencies managing client accounts (Pro, Enterprise).

Before you pay, check:

• Refunds are limited. The Terms of Service cover billing errors, a full PostFast outage over 72 hours and core features broken by unresolved bugs. Other refunds in the first paid month are discretionary and not guaranteed; unused time, partial months and change of mind after the trial are excluded. Requests go by email within 48 hours of the issue. EU users waive the 14-day withdrawal period when they start a paid subscription.
• Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the paid term.
• Eligibility: the minimum age is 13, and minors need parental permission. No identity verification (KYC) is described. The service is hosted in Bulgaria.

PostFast affiliate program

PostFast runs a public affiliate program that anyone with an audience can join for free, without a PostFast account:

• 30% commission on each payment for 12 months per referred customer. Monthly plans pay monthly; yearly plans pay the full commission once (the site's example: €86 for a yearly Creator sale).
• 30-day cookie: a signup within 30 days of a click counts. EU visitors who decline the cookie banner cannot be tracked.
• Payouts via PayPal, monthly, with a €50 minimum. Commissions become payable 45 days after the customer's payment, which covers the refund window.
• Ad rules: no bidding on PostFast brand terms, misspellings or brand-plus-coupon keywords, and no PostFast trademarks in ad copy or display URLs.

Referred customers get no discount by default; approved creator partners can request a unique code for their audience after joining.
