Pallyy referral link and review

Pallyy is a social media scheduler for agencies, freelancers and multi-location businesses that post for several clients. It charges per client (a "social set") rather than per channel, with a free plan and paid plans from $25 a month. What is Pallyy?

Pallyy is a social media scheduler made by Pallyy PTY LTD, an Australian company. It gives a team one workspace to plan, approve and publish posts for many clients.

Main features listed on its site:

  • Client calendars – a drag-and-drop calendar per client covering all of that client's channels.
  • Client approvals – clients review, comment on and approve posts through a shared link without creating an account; approved posts publish automatically at their scheduled time.
  • Publishing – write a post once, adjust the caption per network and publish through the networks' official APIs.
  • Client reports – per-client reports exportable as PDF.
  • Team access – teammates and freelancers get editor, collaborator or viewer access only to the clients they work on.
  • Other tools – analytics, a social inbox, link in bio, an API and MCP.

Supported networks: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Bluesky.

Who it's for

Pallyy is aimed at social media agencies, freelance social media managers and multi-location businesses; the homepage names restaurants, clinics, realtors and trades as typical clients.

The main reason to pick it is the pricing model: you pay per client, not per connected profile. A client that posts to five networks still counts as one social set. If you run a single brand, the free or Pro plan covers you and the agency features matter less.

Pricing at a glance

Plan Price Social sets Users
Free $0 1 owner only
Pro $25/mo 1 (extra sets $10/mo each) 1
Agency $99/mo, or $79/mo billed yearly 10 (extra sets $10/mo each) 3 (extra users $10/mo each)
Scale $199/mo, or $165/mo billed yearly 30 (custom pricing beyond) 10 (custom pricing beyond)

All paid plans include unlimited posts. Agency adds custom reports and shared sets. Pallyy says annual billing saves up to 25%.

Free plan limits: one social set, 15 scheduled posts a month, image posts only (no video, carousels or Reels), 200MB of media storage and 30 days of analytics retention.

Nonprofits and charities can get 50% off all plans if eligible.

Trial, cancellation and refunds

  • Trial: every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial, once per account. It asks for card details but charges nothing during the trial. Cancel before day 14 in Settings > Subscription to drop to the free plan; otherwise the plan is billed.
  • Cancellation: no lock-in; the plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: reviewed case by case. Accidental renewals, forgotten cancellations, charges after cancelling and billing errors usually get the latest payment refunded. Mid-cycle cancellations may get a prorated refund. Annual plans are usually not refunded in full.
  • How to ask: cancel first, then email hey@pallyy.com or use in-app chat with the date and amount of the charge. A refund also ends access to the subscription it paid for.
  • Payment: the billing help pages only mention cards; invoices download as PDFs.

Referral and affiliate program

Pallyy does not publish a sign-up discount for people who join through a referral link. Signing up through our link costs the same as going to pallyy.com directly, with the same free plan and trial.

Pallyy also runs a public affiliate program on Rewardful, linked from its site footer under "Affiliates", where anyone can apply to earn commission on referred customers' payments. Check the current terms on that sign-up page.
