• Transactional emails: sending through an SMTP server or a Transactional API.
• Integrations: Salesforce, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, Zapier and others, plus a public API.

Who it's for

Moosend's own materials name marketers, small and medium businesses, eCommerce stores and agencies as its audience. It fits teams that want automation and landing pages in the same tool as their newsletter, and that prefer predictable pricing based on list size rather than on emails sent: the Pro plan includes unlimited email sends.

It is a weaker fit for occasional senders with a large list who mail rarely; for them Moosend sells pay-as-you-go email credits instead of a subscription. Large organizations that need an account manager, priority support or SSO are pointed to the custom Moosend+ or Enterprise plans.

Moosend pricing at a glance

Pricing depends on how many unique contacts you store; a subscriber who sits in several lists is billed once. Prices for the Pro plan as shown on the pricing page (per month):

Tiers go up to 1,000,000 contacts ($5,840 per month on monthly billing). Biannual billing saves 15%, annual billing saves 20%, and nonprofits get an extra 25% off that can be stacked with the annual discount.

Other options:

• Free trial: 30 days, no credit card, unlimited sends to up to 1,000 contacts, 2 team members.
• Pro: 5 team members and unlimited sends.
• Moosend+: Pro plus the add-ons you choose, such as dedicated IPs, transactional emails, custom reports, SSO & SAML or extra team members.
• Enterprise: custom quote with an account manager and priority support.
• Email credits: 350,000 for $350, 500,000 for $500, 750,000 for $750, 1,000,000 for $1,000. One credit is one email to one recipient, and credits never expire.

Referral link and the Moosend affiliate program

Moosend does not run a refer-a-friend bonus for customers, so signing up through a referral link gives you the same free trial and prices as going to moosend.com directly.

Anyone with a website can join the public Moosend Affiliate Program, which runs on PartnerStack and is free to join (name, email, website and state, then email verification). Published terms:

• Recurring commission for as long as the referred customer keeps paying: 30% for 0–5 paid accounts, 33% for 6–10, 35% for 10–25, 37% for 26–35 and 40% for 36+.
• Commission is earned only on paid accounts (monthly plan or pay as you go), not on free sign-ups, and attribution is first click wins.
• Payouts are monthly by PayPal or Stripe. The affiliate page does not state a payout minimum or cookie length.
• Spam and unsolicited email promotion are prohibited, and inactive affiliate accounts can be closed after 180 days.
