Users must still follow each platform's own rules. GoLogin's terms forbid using it to evade bans imposed by other platforms, pass identity checks with someone else's identity, abuse bonuses or promotions with multiple accounts, create fake engagement or send spam.

Annual billing is advertised as a 50% discount. Plans also differ in profile shares (10 on Professional up to 2,000 on Custom), simultaneous cloud launches (1 to 4) and REST API limits (300 to 1,200 requests per minute). Refunds, payments and account rules

• Refund window: per the terms of service, customers in the EU or US can request a full refund within 14 days of an initial purchase; others have 7 days. The pricing page shows "7 days free returns".
• Recurring payments are not refundable once processed; crypto refunds may be declined.
• Requests go through in-app chat or support email and are reviewed within 5 business days.
• Payments renew automatically and may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
• Trials end without a charge. If you don't upgrade within 180 days after a trial, GoLogin may delete your profiles.
• Region and KYC: the terms list no restricted countries and no identity check for buyers, but users must comply with sanctions and export laws.
