Pro adds full design control, branding removal, reports kept forever, unlimited landing pages, forms and users, and priority support. Yearly billing saves about 10%, nonprofits get a 20% lifetime discount, and lists over 500,000 subscribers get a custom quote. If your list outgrows your plan, EmailOctopus moves you to the matching tier automatically and emails you. Payment is by card or PayPal through Stripe. Prices are in USD; other currencies are offered at checkout.
Refunds and account rules
- Contracts: monthly or annual; upgrade any time, downgrade or cancel auto-renew before the next billing period.
- Refunds: fees are paid in advance and not refunded for a change of mind. Pro-rata refunds apply in specific cases, such as a material change to the terms or removal of critical functionality, but not when an account is closed for a breach.
- Sending rules: no spam or bought/scraped lists; follow marketing and data protection laws in the UK and every country you send to. Accounts that risk deliverability can be suspended, and a reinstatement fee of up to £100 may apply.
